The Sloane Hospital

I was on physio in the past couple of months to avoid knee surgery. I had an amazing experience and thanks to Rebecca I recovered pretty good. Today was my last day and I am going to miss our sessions. Would highly recommend this practice!

Thank you very much to Rochelle and the nurses, Ms Omar, Nicholas Jones and everyone in the anaesthetist team for reassuring me and ensuring I had the most pleasant stay at the Sloane hospital. I was very nervous and they kept me informed, constantly putting my mind at ease through the whole day.

Had surgery on my foot here, great treatment all around. On the day of my operation, my wife accompanied me to the hospital, we were shown to my room by you receptionist Janice who made us feel very welcome, we had to rest a couple of times as my wife had a painful knee. A few weeks later I visited your physio department where Janice was on reception duty, not only did she remember me, but also asked how my wife’s knee was!
I have now been discharged and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital.

My experience at the Sloane Physio department with Hannah was 100% positive. She is extremely capable, empathetic and encouraging. The exercises she set dealt very well with my shoulder problem and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I wanted to thank Hannah Sidney for being a fab physio and getting me back into my running shoes. Lovely lady with a great way of really listening to you and what your end goal is. She gave me great exercises over the four months after I had surgery on my knee and I really appreciate her knowledge and understanding. Keep up the great work Hannah - Susie

I recently had foot surgery. Mr Ray and the medical staff were excellent on the day, unfortunately I was let down by the admin side. I tried to book my operation but the Patient Liaison Officer failed to reply to my email and the phone message i left with her so had to go through my surgeon's secretary to arrange the operation. A week before the op I was given a date for my pre-assessment, I arrived at the hospital only be told it was meant to be a phone consultation. The day before my operation I still hadn't received any paperwork from you so had to chase the hospital, they sent details via email, with the posted details finally arriving in the afternoon. Despite my paying the invoice about 3 weeks before the op I was still sent a further two identical invoices. Also the passenger lift has been out of operation for about 7 weeks, not great when you've had foot surgery going in for out-patient appointments. But my surgeon Mr Ray was excellent.

I have just completed 6 months of physio with Alison post ACL reconstruction surgery last July. I can highly recommend Alison. She has been patient, encouraging and a huge part of my recovery. Thank you very much.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at the sloane. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always there if you needed them. I am a patient of Mr Kasem who is unbelievably excellent at his job. I highly recommend the sloane hospital. Large en suite rooms with free WiFi, digital TV and the use of a phone if needed. Meals provided were of excellent quality, just like everything else.
