Lovely, friendly and careing Dentist and Dentle nurse.
I felt very nervous on arrival but they soon made me feel at ease and having a tooth out was made a much nicer experience. Thank you

I was with my boyfriend last week,before easter it's was on thursday,he has a problems with his teeth, have a fever and feel rlly too bad, don't sleep 2 nights, the staff from dental emergency services speak with us very rude and with zero polite,and more important is they don't do for us one appointement sooner they just refused to speak, and the doctor's laughing and drink coffe in that moment! WE FEELING LIKE NOBODY CARE ABOUT US! Never think to go for emergency service here!

Attending the dermatollogy dept upon leaving was accosted by a man almost blocking the hospital exit trying to get me to sign up to a monthly direct debit to support the building of helicopter landing pads in hospitals.
He was very rude & dismissive when asking me what they did which I did not know .
I do not expect to have to ward off unwanted advances when attending an NHS hospital, it left me feeling quite awful.

A big thank you to the out patient team who worked today, especially Stacey. I was super nervous and she was incredible and so kind. Made something that was very scary to me (because I’m a wimp) much more manageable. Thank you so much, your kindness and care was much appreciated.

Spinal cord stimulator trial. May 23/2022 So very great full to Dr Katherine Davies and pain management team. This was totally amazing and in the 7 days I trialed it gave me my life back

Beware of the parking!! The hospital has introduced an ANPR system which charges for your stay according to length of time parked. You are meant to pay on returning to your car, NOT before. This is not clearly signed and exploits people who are probably already stressed due to hospital visit. Results in a £60 fine.

Was born here almost 23 years ago. Greatest hospital in England.
