Not always the best welcome when you visit! Only handful are freindly! Also not very organised when appointments made. Elderly relative is always having appointments changed at the last minute without any regard that they can't walk or drive and rely on family to get them there. Always left waiting way over your appointment time. but God forbid your late and they bite your head off! Apart from that it's clean and tidy from what I've seen of it!
