All the care I received , preoperatively . as an inpatient and post opertively was exemplary . I was advised that a total hip replacement was needed . My consultant was Mr Peter Cnudde and anaesthatist Dr Dwyer . Surgical procedure went without a hitch and anaesthatist kept me both comfortable and pain free . The staff on the ward were professional and attentive . All other professionals involved with my cre , delivered a very high standard of care and all aspects of my treatment were tailored to my individual nees . Would not hesutate in recommending this care package to anyone. I am Rays wife Alison and am posting on my behalf .Ray has also undergone successful surgery at Wendale

Visited for the first time on Wednesday 29th June for my wife to see dermatologist Dr Aldridge Christian. It was absolutely first class from start to finish, my wife's problem was expertly diagnosed and medication prescribed. My wife had been worrying for such a long time that her condition was cancerous, but that was quashed and all her anxiety has been alleviated. Thank you so much, highly recommended.

had a consultation with Mr Ngiaw Khoon Saw yesterday he made me feel confident and more relaxed regarding my procedure, his examination was thorough and informative.

Most caring lovely staff. Had my breast augmentation op here and I was so scared before and after and the lovely staff really put me at ease. The surgeon done an amazing job and being in the care of Chloe’s hands especially made me feel so much more at ease after the op. Can’t thank you all enough!!

I unfortunately didn’t have the best experience at the Werndale. I was told to arrive just before 1pm for surgery at 1pm. However I received a phone call at 8am the morning of surgery asking me to get to the hospital asap instead since the schedule had changed. I was supposed to work that morning so had to rearrange work (losing money in doing so) and also rearrange child/dog care to enable me to rush in earlier (I live an hour’s drive away). Despite changing all my plans and rushing to arrive before 11am as requested I sat in hospital until around 4/5pm when I was eventually taken in for surgery.

The evening after surgery the doctor forgot to give me my regular medication so I had to request and take it the next morning, which wasn’t ideal since it makes me drowsy.

Finally I had to send my surgery gown back and requested a new once since it was covered in blood.

The nursing staff were all absolutely lovely during my stay.

Attended Werndale for a procedure recently - as a registered nurse I was extremely apprehensive but I needn't have been. The theatre staff are outstanding examples of caring supportive & extremely competent professionals. I felt entirely safe informed & respected at all times - as well as having a hand to hold by a nurse who made me very proud of my profession.Top job people ❤ we are lucky to have you 🙏 thank you
