The nurses are very good as is the physio department, and a patients parking area provided, but regreat the loss of Shrop Doc. 🤔

Had a fall on bike, visited Sunday 2nd October, staff were brilliant very caring and friendly and put me at ease straight away. Was very well looked after and thank you so much for looking after my injured knee.

Lovely staff looking after my beloved grandad. The only down side is the video call system. I have been waiting over an hour to get through to someone so I can video call my grandad. I am calling from Australia so the time difference is already difficult. At the least there should be a system in place telling you how much longer to wait/Your place in the que. Give other people on video calls a time limit so others can call there loved ones from afar! I'm having to wake up at 1am now instead aus time to wait for family to visit my grandad so I can video chat with him.
