Fuller Rooms

Booked a double room and got a single. Turned up and the door code didn't work. But the place itself is clean and prices cheap. You'll be parking on a busy street.

Could be cleaner but it's quite correct, freezing toilet because there's no central heating in that room

Contact number is a mobile phone number, I think it’s a personal number rather than a business phone because it was answered as “hello” no acknowledgment of business name. When I asked her about my booking she had no clue who I was and had no details of the booking even though I had received a confirmation email directly from them. The woman on the phone also was very frosty and unwelcoming, I wouldn’t attempt to book with them again and have now cancelled the reservation.

Rooms are not that nice to ask for a deposit

I booked a room at this place for 16th April 2022 and I got charged a few days before my arrival. Suddenly I got an email from the property saying that my arrival date was successfully modified. The property amended my booking for the same date but a year later 2023 without any notice. I am glad I check my emails regularly.
I called the property and they said that they will accommodate me in a different property, which never happened. I had to find a different accommodation last minute and spend extra money!
Be super careful when booking this place and check your emails before you travel.

Was denied access to room and seemed unable to contact anyone for correct code. Had to make other arrangements. Still no confirmation on refund.

I did get an apology and correct code shortly after 10pm, unfortunately was on way elsewhere.
