A wonderful place to stay... particularly if you get an attic room as we did... the views are stunning!
The staff were really friendly and very helpful - and the breakfasts were delicious 😋 I hope we will be back soon

First time we got a chance to stay at Eryl Mor Hotel Bangor. Luckily we got seaview room. To be honest it was really amazing. We reached at the hotel at around 4 pm. This hotel has limited car park and we were lucky to get one available car space. After checking when we went to the room and opened the windows, it was absolutely amazing. We could clearly see Garth Pier and sea. We didn't want to waste time in room so we went for a walk on the Garth Pier, Bangor, North Wales. At the time the sea had full water because of high tide and the climate was absolutely beautiful. We took few photos over there. One thing to remember the entry fee is 50p/ adult and 20p for child which is quite cheap. At the end there is a nice restaurant. You can enjoy coffee or other food while enjoying the sea view. Unfortunately the toilet facility was not available at that time but we were told that this would be available next week. We spent at least 1 hour over there and then returned to our Eryl Mor Hotel. When we saw from there because of low tide sea water was almost dry. Luckily when we spoke up in the morning, I can't explain how was the sunrise scene. We were lucky to capture that view at around 5 am in the morning from hotel room. But after 20 minutes, because of cloud the sunrise scene disappeared. So you should not miss it when you get a chance to go there, pls try to wake up early morning at around 5 am for that stunning view. We stayed there for one night but we had an amazing time over there

I had a family room on the ground floor. The room wasn't that clean particularly the sofa where a family of spiders had made their home. On the upside £7.50, was found down the side of the sofa cushions. The bed wasn't comfortable and the sheets smelt of sweat. A piece of plaster had been sellotaped back in the wall. Dated decor and carpets.Lovely bathroom but wasn't that clean. I was going to bring my dog but changed my mind at the last minute because of the heat. This maybe why I ended up in this family room which was £110. For me a total waste of money. Great location but as I was only going to do velocity zip wire that didn't apply to me.

A very friendly hotel, lovely staff. The room itself was clean, and stocked with tea and coffee making facilities. Really nice breakfast.
But what sets this hotel is the stunning views across the Menai Straights to Anglesey. Definitely stay there again.

The food was fantastic when the regular chef was there, he was really nice and cared about our feelings on the food would highly recommend eating at their restaurant and the staff were very kind, however we got the wrong room, we paid for a family room and got a single. We were promised as change of room which never happened one of us had to sleep on the floor on a single mattress. The cleanliness of the room was OK they did their best with the fact that dogs are allowed which helped us, the bed sheets though were not the best, uncomfortable and obviously very used, there were bubbles and the colour seemed off. The TV also never worked. Parking was also a hit or miss but that is understandable due to the location. We have also sent a query as to why we were put in the wrong room but no response yet.
