Burleigh Court Conference Centre and Hotel

Our room was on the ground floor ideal for wheelchair access. It seemed very newly renovated, bathroom brand new. Towels and linen high quality.
Spacious hotel, great sauna. Staff helpful and polite everywhere.
Dining room and bar spacious and comfortable. Food good, the sweet potato and chick pea curry lovely. Service polite not obtrusive.

From the front reception to the catering team, all provided excellent customer service and made my long stay with ease and comfort. They would go out there way to make your stay as lovely as they could.

I stayed during Ramadan so i required a meal during the night and the team did their best to facilitate my requests. On arrival they was so welcoming and that same attitude stayed through out the course of the stay.

Very clean and tidy room but the mattress let's it down. When you sit on the bed you can feel the base through the mattress!
The service was exemplary, with young but obviously trained staff attending promptly and courteously. .

Stayed here for a company event. The room was clean and tidy, although it was very warm which made sleeping difficult. The rooms don't have AC, a fan was available. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good food and there is a gym and swimming pool onsite.

Conference Centre and Rooms within the centre are spacious and with good facilities, particularly the executive rooms such as a mini fridge and walk in shower, which you would expect. Beds are also pretty comfortable as are the bed covers and pillows, which 9 times out of 10 are usually too plump or rough in other hotels and doesn't allow for a good nights sleep, but with this bed it was a good sleep. My only issue with the room was that there was no a/c and even with the window open the room.was still pretty warm, but was bearable for me, others may find it a little hot.
Some of the event rooms such as reception lounge and restaurant are very warm in temperature so be aware of this.
Location is not ideal (within Univsity grounds) and is a nightmare to find if you dont know the area and are relying on a sat nav device such as a Tom Tom for example as the conference centre doesnt even list as a place of interest for that area and cannot be found under the postcode.
Dont get confused with Burleigh Hotel as this will take you to a different destination in Loughborough. However if you use a mobile device GPS, the instructions are clear and will take you to the conference centre.

Food was excellent - loved the burger! Yazz’s service was fantastic throughout the meal. Definitely coming back anytime we visit our daughter at Uni

Great hotel, just 10 mins by taxi from the train station. All staff were very friendly. There was a problem with my heating but it was fixed promptly with minimum fuss. Food was amazing!

Just had a Christmas party there. Food was nice but poor everything else!! The DJ was terrible..... even the staff laughed and agreed he was bad!
The tables didn't get cleared till late, we sat with dirty table cloth... until we stripped it ourselves.
When we spoke to the management they seemed to think it was funny!! It wasn't under staffed but the staff seemed to be inadequate and clueless to people's needs!
I wouldn't return, I wouldn't recommend it to any one and I feel let down by the management.
