Lovely old Georgian house now hotel and restaurant. Very good cream teas, sandwiches and desserts with pots of tea or coffee or prosecco and wines in the menu. Beautiful outside seating area, good parking.

Lovely room and clean, but if I had not of taken a extension lead I would not been able to use my ccap machine for breathing, as no plug next to bed.
On another note could not fault the food for my Daughter's wedding, and Suzanne was very helpful as always, but can not say that for the rest of staff and in particular Julie the Manager, she was abrupt rude,.Come breakfast they hadn't put enough table and chairs out as when guests tried to book breakfast they were told yes we have already catered for another five not noting that more people were trying to book, and the Bride and Groom couldn't even sit together. There was no toaster out at first and breakfast was cold.

Stayed up in an attic ..hated the lift but stairs to the top were even worse. What if a fire broke out on the top floor? The escape was on the next floor down. The Bathroom door did not close. Stayed at this hotel because of the ratings but would never stay again. We visit Mildenhall regularly but will definitely not stay here again.

Staff were amazing especially Julie who helped to organise my friends wedding and made sure all ran smoothly on the day especially making sure us bridesmaids were behaving 😁

I have been here twice. The first time was brilliant, the service and food were excellent. This time I attended an afternoon tea and although the food was lovely, there was only coffee served, no tea which was odd and the service wasn't great. The coffee and pots were filled when asked but seeing as there were a lot of people I would've expected better service, with coffee being refilled without having to prompt anyone and tea being offered. They could do with additional bar staff, as the service was quite slow, as there were not enough staff members behind the bar. All in all had a nice day though and everyone who does work here was very pleasant and welcoming.

Had Christmas Day Lunch there yesterday.
It was so so good, nice gap in between courses, which was great to talk, laugh and enjoy Christmas.
The food was the BEST mass produced Christmas Lunch I've ever had.
Highly recommend for next Christmas

Had a lovely Christmas meal; soup, nut roast and a cheesecake desert was all really good. Staff were friendly and it’s a lovely building.
