Premier Inn Loughborough hotel

Classic Premier. Perfect location with two big car parks nearby. Cost us less than a fiver for overnight parking in the Beehive. Standard rooms with the lovely bed and spare pillows. Good air-con.
Staff were great, as was the breakfast.
A bit mingy on the in-room facilities though. One tea bag for two people.

I was greeted by Alex with a lovely smile. Being new to the area he gave me all the relevant details with regards to parking and anything else I asked without making me feel uncomfortable or a pain in the rear.
I was also given full details of the breakfast times and options.
The rooms are clean and had enough electrical sockets and mirrors which were in the correct place for getting ready.
The next day I was greeted again with a chirpy smile by Alex and his co-worker Nathan at the bar. These boys have a great personality and are a great laugh without forgetting customer service and being professional.
I would definitely recommend this place for great location with a lot of eateries nearby.
But, more importantly, because of Alex and Nathan, the dynamic duo, where nothing is too much trouble.
Well done boys, you're a credit to Premier Inn. A pay rise is definitely due.

Nice to have contactless check in but there weren't enough staff available at as a lot of people seemed to have issues. Breakfast was decent with lots of options. The rooms were a good size and had all we needed.

Couple of us travelled from Birmingham for a business trip. No one was on reception to check us in they seemed short staffed. As we entered the room it smelt awful and it obvious to whoever was in there last to think the same as the window was wide open to get rid of the smell. The desk chair had a huge stain. The ceiling lampshade had cobwebs. The spoons for teas and coffee set were dirty. The bathroom/ shower had hair in it. The toilet was not cleaned properly. The bedding was clean though. We asked if we could be moved but was told the hotel was full someone would go check the room out which they did which resulted to airfreshner being sprayed, the window reopened and the chair left wet from them giving it a scrub. The menu is very limited with a lot chilli option foods so we opted for finding somewhere else to eat for the evening. 7am In the morning at the serve yourself breakfast the serving spoons were not clean nor were some of the glasses therefore opted for vegan sausage and a drink I travelled down with using my flask. I know I will not be the only person from my group to leave negative feedback as their review will have the photos. The standard here was not great.

Good location for town, the room was lovely, happy with most of the stay. Breakfast was missing some items. We did have dinner in the restaurant one night and it was terrible. If you avoid eating there it's a good place to stay.

Surprisingly good. Extremely clean rooms and the service was good. Was away on a course and the hotel we booked looked amazing but actually was awful so we needed something very quickly. I would use a Premier Inn again after my experience.

The hotel cna be identified as a regular English business hotel and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a TV, coffee maker, and mini fridge. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for my business meetings. The only downside was that the breakfast buffet was quite basic, with limited options. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to other business travelers looking for a decent, no-frills option.
Parking is right across the street in the parking garage, for a fair price.

Extremely friendly staff throughout my stay but specifically Martina who I was met by on my arrival. She went above and beyond to help me and I am extremely grateful. Thank you!
