Best Western Plus Bentley Hotel & Spa

I have no experience in staying their rooms so I can not take any star. But the service is excellent the food well served the high standard. Excellent location free parking of which you dont have to worry about paying car park and how many hours you're going to stay. Fabulous!

Stayed at this place for two consecutive weeks for work, and it has put me off staying at any other Best Western in the future. Certain things on the menu were ok, but the majority of the food was well below par.
After mentioning to one of the waiters about undercooked sausages he said “I can only apologise on my behalf, as I doubt the chef will care”.
The standard of cleanliness and serviceability in the rooms is shocking, and the reply from duty management was “it’s all old”.

The staff on the desk on the other hand were friendly and try to help where they can.
I did not use the leisure facilities so it would be unfair to comment.

Great location to visit family & got a good deal. Breakfasts were very good as was the one Dinner we had although wine was overpriced.
Sadly the shower too ages to warm up & didn't get any hotter plus the pressure was poor. Told reception but not fixed

I stayed with the wife this weekend in a premium suite. I have to admit it will probably be the last time I do stay in a Best Western hotel because I do like a little more luxury. I say it all of the time, but all Best Western hotels seem to be dated and quite run down. Staying in a premium suite I expected more. Especially at the price we paid! Bed was comfy but that is all I can say positive about the room itself.

I must say the staff who work on reception in particular were fantastic! They went out of their way to help, offer recommendations for our stay, and were just genuinely pleasant. Just what a hotel needs on Front Desk!

The pool is quite large but Jacuzzi and Steam room not functioning. This was a little disappointing.

We had some treatments at the Spa and that was fantastic - An excellent experience.

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming.
Rooms are well equipped, but a little dated. Comfortable bed. The rooms have air con and was very easy to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
A good choice of menu items for dinner.
Breakfast is a buffet style with a good mix of English and continental dishes.
I would stay here again.

My husband and I have stopped here twice now and rebooked again. It's a beautiful place. There's a big garden centre that is very close to walk to and a pub next to it that serves lovely meals and drinks. The pool and spa are a bonus. Nice and relaxing place to be. Amanda

kitchen was understaffed, only offering a restricted menu. Had just changed hands and obviously not yet in the swing of things.
