Rooms are a little old and there is like a damp smell when you step in but it goes away after awhile.But the walls are thin you can hear everything which is bothersome when you are trying to get some sleep.The host is really sweet though.

Having supercharged at Charnock Richard services, the motel is literally just a mile away. Excellent. Sarah appeared at reception and led us to our room. Explained about the buffet breakfast and showed us the fridge in the room, complete with milk and edibles.
Room fine. Good bed. TV has free view channels.
Collected breakfast from reception AM - cereal, fruit juice, tea/coffee, pastries, jams. Toaster available. All good. Thank you.
Rooms are dated, however, all clean and everything works. No hesitation in staying again.

A bit dated and care worn but very clean. Quite isolated unless you like to walk to the nearest pubs but the restaurant and bar next door was wonderful and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again as fantastic value for money 💰

Everything you need, few added complimentary extras in room, bathroom dated, not in walking distance from any amenities. Pleasant stay👍

Clean, comfortable, quiet at night, all very welcoming with the added bonus of having a great Italian restaurant attached. Great food. Will definitely keep thus place in mind for the next time we're down this way. Oh and very dog friendly!

myself, my husband, baby and dog need some where to stay for 4 days as we where have jobs done in our house I found this lovely place and it's a wonderful place to stay bed's are very comfortable and the rooms are lovely just what we needed 😊 The owns are so welcoming very kind and go out of there way to help. It was lovely to find a place that could take dogs. The breakfast was good we had toast and creal my little baby enjoyed the toast as he was trying it for the first time 😋😋. We would stay here again thank you very much for a very happy and pleasant stay 😊🙂

A great place to stay with really friendly, family staff who can't do enough for you. Very, very handy with quick access via Charnock Richard services area, less than I minutes drive from service area access road. Good prices with very clean, freshly laundered bed linen and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended as a regular stop off point.
