I had a nice stay at this hotel had no complaints until, I received a fine for using the hotel parking. Even though the website clearly states free parking. I have tried to get in touch with the hotel unable to do so unless I pas 45p a minute, ignored my email and no live chat or way of speaking with the hotel directly. I am very unhappy makes me never want to book with travelodge again. It was the only option for me that allowed dogs in the area, which made me happy an hotel offers this choice. I am sure I should of gave my car registration number at reception the lady there at the time did not ask. Even when I said I am going to get my things out the car now. Avoid.

The room serviced its purpose for us as we didn’t want to drive all the way home from London. However, the whole room was quite dirty. The floor was stained as if there once was vomit. The bathroom is so small it’s almost not functional. The shower pressure was fine but the tub itself was so small there is barely enough room to take a shower. Getting out was also a bit of a challenge as the step out is quite large. The beds looked clean (I hope). Very uncomfortable. With only one pillow for each of us. I avoided using the duvet. And simply slept with no blankets. The AC does not work. There are not enough plug-ins- they’re also in an extremely inconvenient location. I would never stay here again. Especially at the expensive price we paid. The room is worth no more than £40/night- and even then that’s a bit too high.

I didn’t actually stay here but wanted to praise the staff on reception on 19/8/22 around 6pm who helped me after our car had broken down. The lady allowed me to use the toilets and I was also able to get some water. Simple human kindness that was much appreciated.

If you are a contractor avoid this place like the plague. The carpark is insecure and your vans will be broken into. Speaking with the police this is a weekly occurrence at this site. They have security 24/7 so as this is happening weekly there's no way they are not aware. Cost us £1500 worth of tools. Apparently no recourse with the hotel and our responsibility. 7 other contractors vans done on the same night. Staff on site simply shrugged their shoulders and said it happens all the time. Wont stay at this location ever again - worst travel lodge nation wide.

The hotel was clean and the bar/food were a bonus. The road passing the hotel is very busy and very loud. The hotel would definitely benefit from having new windows to block out road noise. The carpark side of the hotel can also be quite noisy with people coming too and from the adjoining restaurant. Overall I'd say satisfactory. Star rating dropped due to noise outside of the hotel.

Bog standard hotel really that is cheap and sufficient to get your head down. Only downside is the room could do with a refurbishment and there's no plug sockets near the bed to charge your devices so would advise an extension lead.

Great location just off the M25 and opposite the new building area that will be the Sunset Film Studios. Views therefore are limited at the moment. Breakfast is available and is great. Rooms are comfortable and fairly quiet given the location. The bed was comfortable and warm. Will always stay here when visiting family. There is a car park out the back with plenty of space. Staff were friendly and informative. Tea and coffee is available in the room and extras can be taken from reception for the coffee and tea lovers out there. There is a small bar if you want to chillout before bed.

Warm welcome when we arrived at the front desk.

We arrived early and asked if we could check-in but was informed we'd have to pay a fee for doing so (which is stated on their website). The person on reception kindly made a note for us and had everything ready for us when we came back later in the day to go up to our room.

The room was clean and the facilities were standard.

Just what we needed for a 2 night stay over Christmas to visit the family.
