Premier Inn Chesterfield North hotel

I recently had the pleasure to stay in this wonderful establishment for 2 weeks on business, the receptionist Erika was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her ,service was always with a lovely smile, all staff were helpful but this girl went way way and above what was expected a credit to the Premier Inn name.
The other staff were also helpful and pleasant and the food and rooms were impeccable the standards were very high indeed
I would recommend this place to anyone to stay the place is the best Premier Inn ive stayed in
Erika and the staff are superb and love their jobs and made my stay a warm and lovely stay.

Nice big family room. The staff here are lovely, couldn't do enough for my granddaughter who has food allergies. Kids play area inside and out. Very impressed

Absolutely fabulous place to stay ,the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful the place is immaculate location is just right with whitbread pub attached and right by canal beautiful walk

Staff friendly , but really slow Internet that kept disconnecting.. also the water pressure was shocking, during my shower the water would drop pressure then come back on really cold then hot then normal .

Food portions was rediculas jacket potato was a smal new potato cut into 4 pieces,
All meals was ridiculously small
Spent well over £200 and got moved after a one hour party meal slot would definitely NOT recommend for a party or a meal

Same old premier inns, despite a new door the rooms need updating. Bathroom was okay. They are still using convection heaters which take a while to heat the room. Location of this hotel is good. Beware there is a train line next to the hotel, if you have the windows open due to the hot summers you might hear it a few times.

The room was so hot 26.5c. There was, a,fan in the room but this moved the air around but did not cool it. As always these days the widows were locked with only a small gap for air. So room was stuffy. I know the weather had been exceptionally hot over the summer. It might be a good idea it Premier Inn consider air conditioning. Otherwise a good place to stay and the adjacent pub 'The Brewers Fayre' serves great food at reasonable prices. Beat to book a table as they get very busy.

Usual good premier Inn experience. Restaurant next door is ok, food is reasonably priced and service was good.
