Premier Inn London Stansted Airport hotel

I simply needed a place to stay the night before an early flight. Third was a great choice as the bed was comfortable, the room temp was fantastic (with the AC), the food was reasonably priced and delicious. There is a shuttle to the airport that costs £4 as well, so I would definitely stay again if flying out of Stansted.

Ideal if you have an early flight the next morning. Friendly service and a wonderful breakfast. My room was wheelchair friendly which meant the basin was rather low and the shower full of bars but it was also very roomy! The room was clean, well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. All you need for a one-night stay. Not suitable for a weekend bteak as the situation, although ideal for the airport, is not otherwise ideal!

This was a great hotel. It wasn’t too expensive, and the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. It’s also located really conveniently close to the hotel. The restaurant food is also surprisingly good. I’d recommend the fish and chips in particular. The staff were also very friendly. This is a good premier inn and I’d come back here.

Lovely clean room and friendly helpful staff. Linda was really helpful at check in and asked how things were when we saw her at dinner, which was very good. Service was fast and nothing too much trouble. Bed was super comfy - we both slept really well. Would use the hotel again in a heartbeat. Well done Premier Inn Stansted!

I have not stayed here..BUT will next time! sadly I booked into the "other place" round the corner.......BUT when I arrived I found there was NO restaurant (what?) only pizza and further more the staff recommended I went round to Premier Inn for a meal!!! Well I did and explained to the staff..WHAT a difference! polite and understanding they willingly allowed me to eat there AND the meal was truly tasty...one of the best steaks I have ever had. Plenty of choice of meals for adults coming from far away that did not include pizza...although you could have had one.
Staff were quiet, pleasant and as I watched helpful to others with problems.
You can guess where I will be staying on MY next trip.

So annoyed… was told over the phone by a representative before booking that I would receive a refund if I called 24hr ahead (confirmed my exact booking with them so they knew which room I was getting). My flight was delayed so I called and was pretty much laughed at that that I would get any money back..

Room had hairs on the towels/showers but I was too tired and annoyed to do anything about it during my 5hr stay at the hotel since I was waking up at like 3am. Room was nice though and big.
The only good thing was the airport shuttle I guess but that is not specific to this hotel, there are 2 other hotels right next door with the same shuttle.

Cars battery was flat and had nowhere to sleep after flying in. These guys were fully booked but the manager kindly offered us to stay inside the hotel to a side as it was freezing outside. I was delighted by the managers kind hearted manner as she tried everything to make sure we weren’t out in the cold. Even offered us tea and coffee to stay warm. Woman needs a pay rise👍

One night stay before flight out, clean and tidy room was spacious, bed comfy and quilt big and fluffy. Heating really warned the room up as it was -5 outside. £62 I thought was reasonable, although, you have to pay for parking on top. Bar area was nice and decent selection. Self checking was a bit fluffy with key card machines.
