Premier Inn Maidstone Town Centre hotel

Air conditioning was not working at all could only lover it to 19C.

Staff were amazing best bunched I've met while staying at a premier inn. The food was good. My room was clean. The only issue was parking as its not a hotel dedicated car park and is run by a third party. However when I asked where to park the hotel staff gave me permission to park my van on the loading bay, which was very kind of them. All in all one of the best premier inn experiences as a whole.

No parking Car park full and no nearby on street parking) and so I couldn't stay.. Would it have killed you to point out that most of your car parking was lost to development or closed off for other reasons? I doubt I'll get a refund but I'll think very carefully before making this mistake again. Dreadful.

Was very disappointed at the amount of parking within the car park I paid for six nights and have a disabled husband who cannot walk far and there was no room in the carpark with only three disabled spaces. Surely you should have enough parking for the majority of guests for the amount of parking tickets you sell to people who are paying to stay at the hotel.

An ok hotel. Good location. Rooms are clean. Good location if you want to go into Maidstone

The car parking is limited and confusing. You should pay the next day online. You will get a £100 fine if you don’t pay

I was in the hotel for three nights and room including bin emptying and changing towels was never serviced apparently because I didn’t ask. The room was permanently cold and builders were working on the outside of my room and making a lot of noise. The staff were rude and very unhelpful, every request was a problem to them. The hotel lift wasn’t working. The food was luke warm to cold and took a long time to be served. I had a very busy week in Maidstone and this hotel did not provide any opportunity for relaxation. Premier Inn management need to review the service at this hotel and make some changes.

Not satisfied , if there weren’t one star than I won’t give that also they just gave us a disabled room which all things were so short that my leg were coming outside from bed that sounds weird i know the shower, closet all stuff besides, a/c wasn’t working i said them to change my room but told me that that was only room they have got if that was the case that premier-inn shouldn’t have to show there is room left in website it was really disgusting, i swear I won’t coming next time here only the name is ‘PREMIER’ but service is worst.👎🏻👎🏻

Room was dirty, cobwebs and someone else's dirty knickers, reported this but room wasn't cleaned! Had an awful night's sleep in an uncomfortable bed, will not return.
