Don’t bother is cheap for a reason. Upon first inspection our room wasn’t too bad, small but do able. It then got worse. First of all the window not only being mouldy, wouldn’t lock and was extremely leaky, left the room freezing and noisy all the time. A gap under the door meant we could hear everything all the time during whatever hours of the night and let through so much light. The blinds in all rooms wouldn’t close enough, and so was difficult to get a good sleep. The shower flooded every time it was turned on due to clogged drain which we mentioned to reception who said they would sort it but failed to do so throughout our whole stay. Not only this but the temperate wouldn’t stay consistent you were either scolded or freezing making it really difficult to get clean and have a nice shower. Not to mention the water pressure not being good at all. The toilet constantly leaked water into the pan making a lot of noise all the time. To make matters worse after a horrendous shower the hair dryer provided once plugged into the only socket we could find in the room, began to smoke and was a serious risk to our safety. To top it off, after all this chaos, you couldn’t relax and watch the television as not only was it hanging off of the wall, the plug would not reach the only available socket. This room was completely unacceptable even considering the price, not big enough, one wardrobe for 3 people and no where to store our luggage. 0 stars in my opinion

Nothing like the photos on there page. Some of the facilities that your ment to have. Walls were dirty. The room was so small. Nothing like phones on Web. Tap in the bathroom was very lose.
TV didn't work. .complaining to manager done nothing.
Complete waste of time. And for the money to stay there would of been better and cheaper in a Premier Inn or travalodge or similar. Definitely not going anywhere near this place again.

Please be careful when staying here. All keycards work in all rooms. Apparently the owner is sitting somewhere enjoying his wealth whilst refusing to update this hotel and it’s systems. We were told management have been asking since 2008 for new carpets and new system but the owner just doesn’t care, so why give your money to him.
Property also has BED BUGS. Seen bed bugs for the first time in my life. We only stayed here as air bnb cancelled on us last minute but if u read previous reviews others have mentioned the bugs.
Most importantly if you care for your safety don’t stay here as anyone can enter your room at any time.

Room was everything we needed. (Bed, bathroom, fan) shower door was slightly broken, but I was able to fix it. It was really close to the underground and thus it was easy to get to the inner city. The WiFi broke the day I arrived and got fixed when I left. I kind of needed the WiFi and I had to use my phone data. The breakfast was good and enough. Nothing fancy though. It was a very pleasent stay and the price was quite good.

Rooms certainly are tiny, but they have enough room, though a bit hard to eat a meal in the room. Very clean and well designed for the most part. If you stay for more than a few days maybe something bigger, but a light packer or two should be fine for a week. Staff were friendly and helpful for an early check in.

The only reason for 2 points is where it's located, next to Earls Court is ok.
The bathroom is unacceptable, you have to climb over the toilet to get to the sink. The floor looks like its 100 years old and dirty, the room is tiny, the service is not available. no television,

Absolutely horrible stay here room was tiny and not clean, there was not curtains and blinds didn’t even close properly there was mould everywhere and on the blinds it looked like blood was on them. Didn’t feel safe at all in the room could here everything what was going on throughout the hotel so didn’t get much sleep. Would not recommend even paying £10 for this hotel.
