Absolutely disgusting service. Intimidating staff who wouldn’t leave you alone and followed you everywhere insinuating you were a thief. Not to mention racist slurs being hurled towards me and my friend from the bar below. Never been so disrespected in my life. Apart from the experience, the room was tiny and claustrophobic, the tv didn’t work and other guests were way too loud which the manager did nothing about after I had informed her about it three times. Shocking. Ended up leaving and paying double the price for a stay at Travelodge and couldn’t have made a better decision in my entire life. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Trust me.

Inexpensive solution to a need for accommodation in this area. No parking but plenty of spaces in neighbouring streets. Under refurbishment at present, en-suite bedrooms with WiFi and TV / tea and coffee etc. Very clean.

A great hotel for commuters and business travellers.

Looking at the below reviews, i don’t feel they are a true reflection of what Fulwich is like.

As a Graduate Building Surveyor who travels from Essex to Kent i stay in the Fulwich most weeks. My stay has always been pleasant. The rooms are spacious, fairly modern and with all amenities you would require. Rooms are regularly cleaned on daily basis and Lisa (landlady) is very welcoming and would always deal with any queries promptly.

The location is great - only 15 mins walk to Dartford town centre and parking isn’t an issue as most streets are non- restrictive.

The value for money is definitely a large factor here and for a hotel that is placed within excellent commuter infrastructure, the cleanliness, amenities and service - you couldn’t find anything remotely as good as Fulwich for the rates they charge.

I love this historic property and have become a regular here (subject to their availability).

In a summary, this place is a bargain and you would be stupid looking elsewhere for same value, because you won’t find it!

Wouldn't find myself going back to this place. Parking is difficult, and reception closes at 2230hrs. Which then means occupants are free to do whatever they want including making noise and disrupting other occupants. Convenient for corner shop and thats about it.

Stayed here for graft, carnt sit straight on the toilet because it’s that close to the wall, no heating for 3 nights, no hot water for a shower after work for 3 nights. Laid in a bed with tracksuit bottoms and a hoody on because of the cold, carnt get through to the emergency number they provide on the bedside table, shambles!!
