Stayed here whilst walking the North Downs Way. Really lovely place! Bedroom was clean, had a lovely sleep. Breakfast was amazing, as were the staff and the owner. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The room was spotless and a big size. The bed was really comfy and the person who checked us in and out was very nice. There was always some cake available for guests to help themselves to, which was a nice touch. We plan on staying in Folkestone again in the future and we will definitely rebook to stay here.

The photos of the hotel and room are incredibly misleading. The hotel itself is quite dated, carpets are old and dirty and the hotel didn’t smell particularly nice. Paid £160 for a large room , we had two babies with us, and were given a room right at the top of the hotel (meaning many of flights of stairs). The room was dated , no bath (so couldn’t bath the babies) and it stunk so badly we had to downgrade to a tiny bedroom. They didn’t even offer to refund the price difference.

Lovely room, nice bath, sophisticated decor, generous breakfast included, very friendly and helpful staff, and great to have access to tea and coffee and the lounge area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This B&B was recommended to us on the basis of comfort and the breakfast. On both counts it did not disappoint. We will readily stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here on Saturday night. Lovely Victorian building. Ideal for a weekend break. Rooms and house nicely decorated. Bed was clean and comfortable. Lovely hot shower. The breakfast was easily ordered via email and Was delicious both the meat and vegetarian full English. 2
Minutes to the lovely beach. Ideally situated for local restaurants and bars. Laura the host was lovely and welcoming. If I was back in Folkestone I would visit again.
