Great location. The one member of staff I met seemed nice. The room I stayed in was quite small and the floorboards made a lot of noise. The walls were thin and the decor was old. However, the room was extremely clean. The shower was also old but it worked fine!

Fantastic little room which included everything you needed. Breakfast was absolutely spot on... quality sausage.
Staff were super friendly and to top it off the place is full of odd nicnaks which I love. Would definitely stop again!

Everything was lovely. No lift for less able-bodied people so if you need a lift not for you. The only thing that I would moan about is they had decaffeinated tea but not coffee

We stayed 3 nights and everything was perfect, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. They have a good selection for breakfast and the staff served and cleaned fast. Perfect location, we'll repeat in our next visit to London.

Location is absolutely perfect. Rooms a little bit small but comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Management and staff are very proactive and professional. Very supportive and helpful. Really appreciate the fact that they will keep your luggage after checking out. Overall a very good stay and will definitely be back.

I booked a room here on the 27th October for July 2023 and within an hour of booking, the hotel had contacted me to ask me when I would be checking in etc.
Today, six full days later. The hotel have made me aware that they overbooked my room and will be cancelling my booking.

Why wasn't the hotel aware of this earlier?

Why it took them six days to realise this is beyond me but I will be leaving this review here so that others are aware.

I’m providing a 5 star rating for the exceptional customer service provided by the Parkwood team. The location of this hotel is also ideal for anyone visiting London & excellent value.
