Hotel has nice rooms, good bed. Bathroom had combo bath tub and shower. Toiletries are generic squeezy wall-mounted ones.

Nicely located, it is next to MC Donalds and at walking distance from Sainsbury's Store.

Lots of parking space if using own vehicle.

Front desk staff is friendly and cheerful.

In terms of service, there is none, one needs to pick or carry stuff themselves like iron board etc.

The lift was not working when I stayed and learnt it was non-operational for over a week!! Had to take luggage to first floor on my own.

From the moment we arrived which was August Bank Holiday the Saturday we were greeted by Kirsty what a lovely helpful person I had booked a disabled room as I had recently had a new hip we arrived a bit early so she checked to see if the room was ready and it was so she said my daughter and I could take our things straight to the room . Premier Inn look after Kirsty she is a asset to your company.
Also next door is cookhouse + Pub which was handy but they need.a few more staff as there was a long wait don't think they could cope.

We had an unexpected trip down south. Arrived at 2am in the morning. Got checked in easily, parking was good and as always a great night. Hotel was clean and restaurant next door was great too. Only 1 thing was the tv wouldn't work just so I could lie in bed and wind down but not going to complain at that Time of the morning lol.

Another Long journey, another Premier Inn. We checked in at around 7pm and was greeted by a very nice receptionist, happy to chat. No problems at all, clean and quiet (it was a Wednesday night). Didn't have breakfast, went to the nearby sainsbury Instead. Good visit!

I am disabled, but kindly supported with a served breakfast. My room had a bath rather than a shower, but it was near a lift.

The Wi-Fi, including the Ultimate service, was unreliable.

WiFi is useless, even the premium one. And there is no 4g either. Otherwise the room would be 5 star
