There was plenty of parking, the hotel staff were friendly and the check in process was fine.
The room was large and overall fine, apart from creaky floors in places and you could hear people above you and in the hallway. There was also no air conditioning but they did provide a large fan.
The breakfast was nice but the serving area was a bit crowded.

“Be aware” in summer months these rooms are unbearably hot! The building isn’t air conditioned the fan they supply you with in the room is a joke.

Everything else was good and the food at the Manor Pub was very good.

Would of been a great experience. Staff were friendly rooms are lovely. Breakfast was good.
But they took the money for it twice. Told us we couldn't put it on the room which was under my credit card.
So my friend paid. Then noticed they charged my card also!
Replied straight away at first assuming I'd made a mistake. Now knowing the fault is on their end nothing... surely not legal to take money for no reason.

Rooms are your usual premier Inn rooms, cant say too much about them, and came after work for one night.
I did not have too much interaction with the staff other than checking in & out, but I did go to the Gatwick Manor next door for a meal, which was absolutely beautiful, and the staff there was very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
Given the proximity to the airport it was really quiet, you could hear the planes now and again but it wasn't loud, and the hotel is set back from the main road and behind trees so very secluded.

I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice rooms, great standard. helpful staff , shame the floors and ceiling in the rooms are so creaky by design, resulting in lots of disturbance. Guests will Need to consider a taxi will cost around £17 to the airport

Not well sign posted at night. Could easily be miss when driving on the dual carriageway. Signs are NOT lit up at night. Can’t see the Premier Inn building at all as behind Gatwick Manor and some trees.

Car park no lights on my arrival at night, very dark.

Very clean hotel/room. Short distance from Gatwick airport, which was excellent.

Pictures weee taken at departure.

Beware the parking fine! I stayed here in September 2022 and have no complaints about my stay, however on check in I asked reception staff where I should park and they directed me to the appropriate place just outside the hotel. I drove out 5am on the following morning and was shocked one month later to receive a penalty notice of £100 with photographs of my car leaving the car park.
I have appealed this decision and been advised that I needed to give details to the reception staff about my car. I am unable to remember specifically whether I was asked to issue my car registration details but certainly the reception staff were aware that I intended to park overnight during my stay. I have tried to go to the contact on the hotel via the website but when I click on "contact us" nothing happens so I've resorted to putting this in a review.

Friendly and clean hotel with spacious car park and pleasant breakfast room with continental and cooked English options, both unlimited. Just across the yard is the Gatwick Manor pub which we loved and enjoyed an evening meal there. The hotel is handy for the airport, yet feels out in the country and there is no noticeable aircraft noise. The entrance is a bit tricky to spot so keep your eyes peeled!!
