Me and my family stayed here for one night as we have function around the area, unfortunately the room we have stayed was not up to standard, the shower door was broken not able to closed it, no bin in the bathroom, no hangers in the cabinet to hang our clothes and jacket, they have cups and coffee and tea but no kettle. I would have given this hotel a 5 stars, overall the room was clean.

This is about the restaurant..What a gem! From when we walked in to when we left, everything was perfect. Friendly staff, really efficient, the food was absolutely stunning. Value for money and they boxed up our left overs. I have recommended this place to everyone who asked about it.

Positive: Easy parking reasonable customer service. Negative: The noise upstairs earlier hours in the morning 5:00am on wards woke up various times throughout the night which was not that helpful due to myself having a long drive home the next morning very tired when discussed with the staff in hotel they said there wasn’t anything they could do.

Only thing decent about this place was the restaurant which no longer seems to be in use… Owner is a bully and staff are rude - read the bad reviews and see their responses 😳 arguing with the customer?! Know nothing about customer service…

Nice hotel with very friendly n helpful staff. We booked a family room for 3. Hotel has a large parking space right next to it. Plenty of shops n groceries along the road. Recommended.

Paid for 2 nights. Cost £200 for Friday and Saturday night. Over rated, over priced, on the ground floor right by the night door, no sleep as people came in all night long. Wanted to actually speak to someone about this, but unfortunately all doors locked, could not even gain access to the hotel. You leave key in a lock box. Also no breakfast………. Should have booked a Premier Inn at least their you get value for money and breakfast for a reasonable price.!
