London Marriott Hotel Park Lane

We traveled to London for the first time and stayed here. There are so many wonderful things about this hotel! It’s visually beautiful and the staff is top notch, they really go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful and truly add to the charm of the hotel, just perfect. The rooms were great and bathrooms were beautiful. It’s really convenient for it is right next to the Marble Arch station on the Central Line, so it’s great for moving around the city. As two young ladies staying in London for the first time, we felt very safe, they have doormen at the front at all times. Also, Lanes of London, the restaurant connected to the hotel, is stunning! If I return to London I will stay here again and I highly recommend it for those wanting to explore the city.

We've barely been here for 12 hours and already I would give this place 6 stars if I could. My wife and I are visiting celebrating our anniversary and the Marriott Park Lane has exceeded expectations by far. The property itself is fantastic, the rooms are modern, large and clean, and the location is excellent for getting around central London. The differentiator is the staff though - Stefania and her team have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome here and have made this a special trip already. The staff are so kind, attentive, quick to respond and genuinely great people. Already thinking about our next visit !

The hotel has a great location since it is just in front of the Hyde Park. Also, it is facing one of the most famous streets in the world which is Oxford street. All the employees are friendly and helpful. The executive lounge is very nice and has a variety of foods. It has a swimming pool. The toilets in the rooms are heated and there are good soaps from a well known brand.

A wonderful hotel, I came here with my husband when I wasn't feeling very well and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. They went over and above to help us and make our stay excellent. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous food - definitely recommended.

We had originally booked a home in Notting Hill but were very disappointed when we arrived so we switched to the Marriott Park Lane which was a breath of fresh air. Great rooms and excellent lounge with full breakfast, tea, hors douvres and drinks every day. We walked everywhere from the hotel, will visit again.

My home in London. I come to this distinguished hotel every year during the winter season. The staff are very friendly and professional. The location is excellent and close to the main intersections and attractions.

We had the most wonderful time in London the Marriott Park Lane turned out to be a brilliant choice. The location is simply perfect, you are situated right at Marble Arch Station and any site of interest can be reached within 5-15 minutes. The property is beautiful, classy, stylish and comfortable, the rooms are stunning but also cozy and practical and most importantly the staff is truly amazing!!! We came for 3 nights to celebrate our 10th anniversary and were just blown away by the kindness and attention to detail of the ladies & gentlemen at Marriott Park Lane.
We had the loveliest check-in experience with Tra My, who was sweet and professional and managed not only to accommodate us early in the morning but even gave us an upgrade to a lovely Park view room. The same evening Danai from Guest Relations arranged a beautiful surprise for us with cakes, balloons, drinks a dreamy setting for our room that was just perfect and we loved it so much. We had a great time chatting with Csaba at the entrance, who genuinely attended us and helped with useful information on how to get around and get to know London in such a short time.
Service was impeccable throughout our stay. We were so busy exploring that we didn't have time to try out all the lovely facilities but I am absolutely sure that we will have a chance in the future and I hope to return soon 🙏

I enjoyed my stay at Marriott Park Lane .. it’s beautiful boutique hotel … Room service is excellent… The hotel restaurant has variety of delicious food and sandwiches.. the hotel location is amazing
