Enjoyed staying here a lot! Bartender was extremely kind, as was the receptionist. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again! Had a bit of an "old folks home" vibe to it which was a bit strange but wasn't necessarily a bad thing. Lots of rabbits in the garden as well which was lovely ❤️

Came here for a week for a conference. Really nice hotel. Lovely location. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. The food was delicious. Would recommend staying here.

Stayed recently for a week whilst on a training course. The facilities, staff, food and rooms were fantastic. Nothing was to much for them. Pleasent and peaceful location. I can't fault the hotel. Look forward to future visits.

Lots of parking, friendly staff, especially in the dining area.
My room (37) was tiny though with minimal storage and clothes hanging space. Shower was very weak and the extractor fan was a distraction when going to sleep. The radiator didn't seem to work either. Fortunately, not too much of a problem as I was just myself and just there for the night.
The bathroom and room itself were very clean though.
The food was very good and there was a nice atmosphere in the bar.
Conference facilities were excellent and the grounds looked nice, although I didn't have a chance to explore.

Small rooms but perfectly adequate. Good food and good meeting rooms. Quiet location with v little phone signal but WiFi is available in most places.

We were visiting family in Birmingham and needed somewhere central. We had a great stay. Fantastic customer service. Comfy room. Lovely location, especially in Autum. Food is delicious. It's our 2nd stay and we will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely staff and a great cooked breakfast but for the week I stayed there (begining of Dec 2022) there was no hot water in the majority of the rooms. My colleagues had use my shower every morning because I was one of the lucky few with running water.

Not the most modern hotel but very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with mushroom and black pudding. Friendly staff .plenty of free parking.
