Delivered exactly as requested. Two rooms side by side (interlinked as a bonus), accessible room designed exactly as it should be, staff even asked if any help required in an emergency. Air con worked great, especially useful when it was 38C outside. Beds comfy, room clean and nicely lit. Harvester breakfast was very good, kept us going until dinner with a light snack en route. Staff were all friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Easy access from channel tunnel too

One night stay 3/9/22. Rooms 29 & 30. Beefeater next door shut for dinner which we had paid for in our deal. Toby advised us that the woolpack beefeater and venue we were attending were within walking distance and would take about 20 minutes max. We decided to drive to find out where these venues were good job we did as it was a 10 mile round trip. What was Toby thinking. Got back and asked him to order a cab for us he replied "you will be lucky. My wife ordered one. Breakfast this morning was nothing short of awful . You stuck to the floor where they had not been washed an all to eat breakfast with waitress service. Our order came up lukewarm half a tomato and a teaspoon full of bean's bacon was grey and inedible. She came back to the table to ask if everything was ok I told her it was virtually cold she said that she would get it warmed through. Not good enough should have been given a freshly cooked breakfast . Thought we would get some toast to find the bread had been frozen and was wet where it defrosted no way was we eating that. So overall totally disappointed. Staff need to learn some customer service. Floors in restaurant need attention as this I find totally unhygienic. Needless to say we won't be back. Just one thing that was remotely ok is the room's were comfortable.

Not impressed at all the bed is squeaky dirty walls. Unable to watch the TV as it kept cutting out staff at front desk were very unhelpful I'd really like to give no stars by far the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in.

We booked for 4 nights, stayed in room 112, which is in need of an upgrade, the room is very dowdy, dark and dated. Shower is constantly dripping and there is a green water mark in the bath. Oddly enough the standard Premier Inn colours were not very evident in this room, curtains were a browny coloured stripe, furniture were old, no tissues provided. Insufficient coffee and tea provided for two people over 4 nights (we actually only got two of each). I have stayed in other Premier Inn and had a better experience. I think more attention can be given to cleaning here. Not sure but there maybe some issues with housekeeping. Due to the Amenities I would stay in this area but at a rival company.

After a nightmare ferry crossing, we could not access our original Accomodation as it was too far a drive and the weather was very bad by this point. So we had to book a room last minute. The additional cost meant I had to spend the night in the same room as my dad, as we lost all the money on a country house b&b which we could no longer stay in. Very nice employee made me up my own sofa bed even though it was past midnight as I had forgotten to request due to being very late stressed and tired at this point due to the nightmare journey! Thank you Pasang for thinking of my comfort! Only minus a star for smeary marks on the door and a dirty towel forgotten in the bathroom but would highly reccomend if your crossing between Calais and Dover

The rooms were clean and neat. The first room we got had a heavy scent of smoking though and when we informed the staff at reception, we were given another room. The lighting and power supply points in the room was adequate. The water pressure from the shower was excellent. The towels were very clean and of a rich quality. There is enough parking available for the disabled and non-disabled.

I stay here regularly, I like the staff and the rooms are very nice. The atmosphere is very nice and quiet. They have a beefeater restaurant next door and they do breakfast and dinner but if you don't fancy that then 2 minutes walk there are a variety of restaurants and fast food outlets from frankie and bennys to KFC and McDonald's. There is also a cinema a couple of minutes walk away from the hotel. Also, there is a lift and they offer Disabled friendly rooms. The car park is very large and well lit. I would recommend the hotel all the time.
