Overall very comfy room and staff were very friendly. Showers was powerful and bed was very comfortable & we ion was clean. Stayed for 3 nights and only ate dinner once here as it wasn’t the greatest. I wanted 3 things in which they didn't have them therefore leaving me to choose something I didn't enjoy. All three mornings at 7am I was woken up by loud thudding which I’m assuming is coming from the gym next door. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I bought my earplugs.

First time staying at Premiere Inn everywhere else is booked. There is a reason why they are cheap. Reception unfriendly and lazy. Room too hot during the 34 degrees heatwave. AC is next to nothing. A flashing red light on the fire alarm which is annoying at night when I asked reception she said it's standard they could not do anything about it but my sistter stayed in a family room and did not have the same annoying flashing light. Bed too high. Breakfast very simple. Paid for 3 nights with breakfast but we checked out after 2 nights. Rather lose £140 than stay another night in this hell.
Free parking was great, it's the only thing useful here.

Stayed with family. Lovely service. Friendly staff at the front desk. We booked breakfast, 2 kids free with 1 paying adult. Large dining area. Amazing & friendly staff to help there too. Value for money. Nearest underground station is less than 10 min walk. Easy access to London.

Stayed here in August for 4 nights. The first night there was a horrific smell in the room. We put up with this as we arrived late. Second evening we found the source, a poo like substance in a doggy litter bag!!! In one of the drawers 😞 while they agreed to move us to another room all they offered was breakfast the next morning. No discount no money back. More fool me for not doing more to challenge this.
Breakfast was pretty standard.
On the 4th night the fire alarm went off at 6 am with no explanation or apology.
Overall Staff seem stressed out and miserable.
They do not replace towels or tidy rooms. They do not empty or collect rubbish. You need to ask for coffee for room.
Positives of the hotel is that its close to tube station and central london.
My daughter now refers to this place as Poo Hotel!

Well appointed room. On-site restaurant food was nice and the all you can eat cooked breakfast was great. Please note that breakfast is an additional charge and not included in room room rate unless selected at time of booking. The location has ample parking but remember to put your registration number in when checking into the hotel. Pizza hut and KFC also on the doorstep and also a Sainsburys and sainsbury fue Station just up the road. My only criticism!...a "one sheet" at a time toilet paper dispenser!!..take a loo roll with you!!...

I spent 3 nights at the hotel at the end of my vacation in London. The staff were superbly responsive. The hotel is conveniently located opposite a very large superstore, and within walking distance of a several bus stops. Despite being full, the hotel was very quite to stay at.

Room was OK. Quiet dated and needs some TLC. One of the window locking latches in my room was broken and the handle was just left on the inside of the window.
The main light switch next to the bed does not push in and makes an electrical buzzing noise when it is tried to be pushed in.
The bathroom has water damage in a few places and this can be seen with warped fixings below the sink and next to the bath.
Quiet quiet considering it is next to quite a busy road. The financial district can be seen in the distance with The Shard clearly visible.

Stayed a night on new year's eve. It is just 10 miles away from city centre but took 90 minites to drive to the hotel, hence a 3 star for location. Room was cold over night and the heating system was not working effectively. Shower tap was also faulty and I couldn't find any personel to reprot it in the morning. Room was generally clean but the bath towel was stinking. In addition to these, hair dryer power was intermittent . . . For £120 a night, I was expecting basics to be in working order.
