We've stayed here 4 times now and it's always a solid stay. Rooms are nice and spacious. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly. Parking is good value, with a decent sized car park. Also, very easy to reach by car and not far from the tube, so very conveniently located as well. Ideal for London trips without paying the London premium.

Always stay at a Premier Inn when going to London as they are always clean and comfortable. We had never stayed in Dagenham before and although the location is on a very busy main road it was easy to find and there was a good sized car park for hotel guests. Rooms were clean and tidy (we had a family room). Bed linen clean and plenty of clean towels in the bathroom. Blackout curtains worked well. Small niggle that room was quite warm and we couldn't get the air con to work. Also double bed not as comfy as usual, we didn't complain about either as we were only staying a couple of nights and otherwise everything was fine.
Staff lovely and friendly.
Short (20 min) walk up to Dagenham tube station or cross the main road and catch one of the many buses which will drop you right outside the station.

Another great premier Inn. Big car park £7 overnight. Rooms were lovely and clean. Location is great with a few big stores a supermarket and KFC just around the corner and across the road loads of local shops and places to eat.
Rooms really quiet considering the location is on a very busy main road.

I made a reservation for interconnecting rooms for my wedding because all my bridesmaids, my aunt and my cousin will be getting ready with me in one location and we needed the space. Before making the reservation I made sure this was something the hotel offered and I was reassured that they do and that I must call back with my reservation number for them to leave notes on my reservation. I did that exactly 2 months before the wedding to ensure that everything would be sorted and I would have nothing to worry about. The day before the wedding when I’m meant to check in, I rang to ensure that I was assigned these rooms because I had a nagging feeling that I would be let down. When I called my fear was confirmed. They assigned me 2 tiny rooms next to each other that were not interconnected for 10 people to be in. I was so distressed because I was told that the rooms were already assigned to other guests and they have nothing for me except these two small rooms. I cried so much, because I was sure my wedding photos were ruined and I made my reservations 2 months in advance and the notes were on my reservation 2 months prior to the wedding day. The hotel has failed me. I showed up and saw Edyta who was doing her best to fix the mess that was created and to console me because I could not stop crying. After all my wedding morning will be a mess and I did everything on my side to make things perfect, it was the hotel management that screwed up. I asked her if she had nothing bigger so she showed me a large room on the other end of the corridor which was connected to another guest’s room. She reassured me that the guest would leave 8am so they will prepare the room immediately and unlock the door once this is done. We gained access to that room about 3 hours before the photographers came and so we scrambled to clear the main room of all the makeup, hair products, etc, while trying to get everyone ready on time. Added stress that was not needed before the wedding. I’m happy that she tried her best, but the hotel failed me horribly if I could rate 0 out of 5 I would.

During the 10 days of my stay at the hotel I felt very well. The staff very friendly and receptive to any request, also clean and tidy.

Lovely staff, rooms are nice and clean. Sadly restaurant was unavailable but not their fault as there was a gas main failure.

Very long and comfortable stay, no job has been too big or too small, staff very welcoming and friendly. Clean rooms, friendly staff all round a nice stay.

Ok time it’s time of the year again, I’ve been staying at premium inn Dagenham for the last 4 months and I can’t praise the women enough they are truly amazing bearing in mind I’ve been using premier inn for the last 8 years and I wish all the other premier inn
Staff were as helpful as the staff here I really can’t find the any words to do describe how happy I am
Well I’m still here after 4 months doesn’t that tell you what they are like I’ve seen how rude costumers have been with the staff and how professional they are with rude customers me personally I could do what they do and all I can say is thanks for making my stay at the premier inn an amazing one
