Very comfortable room, only shame is that there is no fridge in the room. Good size room and very tidy. Bathroom is also clean tidy and usable. There is no Tea Bags, Coffee, Milk or Sugar in the room. There are mugs and some sort of water boiler but no use as there are no condiments, a real shame.

Nice basic accomodation to spend a few days in London. The room was clean and modern, on the smaller size. Location was superb, a few steps away from the subway, restaurants and shops. The complimentary daily shortbreads and coffee in the room were nice.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER EXISTED ON THIS PLANET EARTH! They are such a DISGRACE!!!! Our train is delayed so we missed the 9pm deadline to check in. It sounds absolutely ridiculous that a hotel has a check-in deadline!!!!!!!! We called the emergency help line on the wall and who ever pick it up is the coldest and rudest person ever! We were left without a room even though I have paid!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five nights, and we can't understand how it has been rated as a 4-star hotel.

The location was great with walking distance to both shops, restaurants and the tube, but the hotel itself had some shortcomings. Firstly it has no lift, and with our room being on the fourth floor this was a bit annoing. The rooms were not adequately sound-proofed, and we could hear snoring, conversation and the TV from the neighbouring rooms. The reseption is only open from 09:00 to 21:00. The water-pressure was practically nonexistant, and the towels smelled like chlorine. The rooms were small, although modern and clean.

We've both stayed at 3-star hotels with much better accommodations.

Terrible experience. Never again.
Despite being perfectly located (heart of kensington) and with nice and clean rooms, in this hotel I had the worst experience ever!
Staff is rude, arrogant, totally customer "unfriendly" and unfair. Here my experience.
I arrive at the hotel in the afternoon, before 9 pm which is the absolutely not negotiable time for the check-in (otherwise u are not allowed to get in, no matter what). I have paid my room before my arrival but, as stated in the confirmation, I have to leave 100£ deposit to be paid either by cash or by card. I offered 3 types of cards (amex, prepaid Mastercard and Contactless Visa) but none of them was accepted. Incredibly the receptionist tells me that they don't accept Contactless card! (Hard to believe actually, considering that in London also street musicians do have contactless pos). As a consequence the only option is to go and withdraw money from a bank, paying obviously the bank's fee for not UK residents. I finally came back with the money hoping everything to be over, when the lady tells me that I can get my money back the following day, after 9. I tell her that I have to leave early and that I cannot wait until 9. She quietly answer that If I want my money back I have to wait until 9 and that no exception will be done. I ask to talk with the hotel owner but the answer is no.
I try to convince her with any possible explanations (return flight already booked) but no way.
To get my money back I decide to change my plans, but I promised her that I would do whatever possible to avoid other potential customers to have the same experience as mine. And here I am. But looking at other Google reviews I am not the only one!
Keep away from this hotel!

Honestly I would've want to give it 5 stars it's clean cozy nice staff are nice however the service is only from 9 to 2100 nothing after that. And their system is so outdated that causes so many inconvenience and it's not practical... I wouldn't recommend it unless you're stuck and can't find other places nearby

WARNING: FRAUD!
Check-in is no later than 21:00. Checking in after this is NOT POSSIBLE UNLESS YOU PAY A FEE OF £100-200!!!! Without an invoice, of course. ;-)
This is fraud and we will report it. Pure cheek!

Great place for a short stay in London. Very close to High Kensington Street tube station and bus stop. Rooms are probably too small and I am not sure how two people would fit in. Luckily I was alone and an occasional bump into my suitcase was not a problem. It came with a reasonable price for a London hotel. As a bonus, it is located in a very quiet street, cleaning service is impeccable. The bed was super comfy and I loved it came with 6 pillows :) Carrying heavy suitcases could be a challenge as the stairs are quite steep and narrow due to architecture styles in yhe past.
