The hotel was great. Location good, not far off of the motorway. Room comfy, bed acceptable. Although pillows were a tad too soft, like sleeping on marshmallows, when asked there was no other choice. Accessible bathroom, huge! Plenty of room in room for wheelchair access. Service in the bar/restaurant slow. The gym seems to be very popular. A little disappointed by some of the actions of the guests at 4.30am!

Lovely modern and clean hotel. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was clean - felt small and dark - the only light coming through the was from the glass bathroom door - 21 years married but I still want privacy in the bathroom! Limited evening meal choice but food was hot and tasty. Breakfast hot menu again quite limited. Only streaky (and fatty) bacon and only scrambled egg. Plenty of other breakfast options available though. Would definitely stay again given price compared to hotels in Southampton - the well know Purple hotel brand was charging a lot more than here. Overall happy 😊

Really lovely modern hotel, on arrival check in is really easy, it can all be done using automation but for anyone no so inclined there is always a friendly concierge there to help as well. The room was great, clean, well maintained and had everything we needed, a comfortable bed was a must after a day at Peppa Pig world 😂 the restaurant was great, very good selection of food available on the menu as well as a child’s menu, the staff were very helpful, polite and attentive. In the morning we used the swimming pool, which allows for individual lane swimming as well as family swim time which we wanted for us and our 2 year old. The changing facilities were excellent, we used the large family changing room, they have a small play pen in the corner for our little one which allowed for my wife and I to change and not have to worry about him escaping or slipping over. I’m closing I’d like to say thank you, the hotel had literally thought of everything we could’ve needed as a couple with a young toddler, and sometimes it’s just the little touches that make all the difference. Thanks again. 👍

Luckily I was staying on my own for work. However, what the hell is it with the clear, see through bathroom door! NO, just NO! Had I been staying here with my partner this would have put a big dampener on the stay. Just put a proper door on the bathroom.

Good food, had the Village Stack Burger, really well cooked and tasty burger, fries could have been a bit warmer.

Gym was great, not to crowded and well equipped.

£115 for the night and £5 parking on top felt like profiteering, wasn't like parking was at a premium. Having said that £5 wasn't as extortionate as some Premier Inns or Travelodge's.

All in all a good stay, but sort those bathroom doors out!

I have visited a number of times but haven't stayed in the rooms yet. The place is very clean, tidy, modern and welcoming. The staff members were very friendly, helpful and approachable. The gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms are excellent. The bar and grill are very popular with guests, gym members and visitors. A very good experience.

Absolutely The best, The customer service was amazing, the chef was so nice and polite , all the staff were so nice and helpful and polite and made us feel so so welcome, this hotel gives out a more updated kind of vibe, it's different but good different, the food was brilliant the staff worked so hard to make our stay amazing and the manager even said she was short staffed but made our stay great , the whole hotel was so clean and tidy the swimming pool is great and sauna, our room was lovely, the food was so good ! Very happy customer I like how close it is to Asda! We will be returning again. I saw a beautiful sun rise out of my window too.

Decent hotel. Stayed here recently for a business event. The gym is really well kitted and included in the room price. Bar was good as was the coffee shop, and lots of hot spot space for laptop. The only drawback is that you can’t book any less than 2nights here. I don’t always need two nights for work so have to look elsewhere.

If management read this, please offer one night options!

Lovely modern hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The only points I would make are there are no family rooms and we had to book 2 rooms as we are a family of 4. Also didn't like the full glass door in the bathroom as no privacy. Overall we had a nice stay breakfast was decent and not to pricey
