This hotel is pretty basic and the standard rooms were quite small (which is typical in London). The manager was helpful and for that i recommend this hotel. Plus it is in a great location, near the Central Line and Oxford St.

We stayed for two nights. The staff was very attentive and the hotel is very clean and located near the metro. One exceptional staff member was the concierge. His name is Alexander and he was fabulous. However our room wasn’t cleaned and re-stocked. On our way back to the room the final night we asked for towels for the morning and we never got them.

The rooms and the furniture is old gloomy dirty chipped and has a bad smell. The staff are not bothered with the guest experience and just going by the day. The only good thing about the hotel is the location but as there are many other hotels in the area i dont think they earn any points for that. Very very expensive compared to the quality of rooms and service

Worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had and absolutely do not recommend.
Front desk staff absolutely did not provide adequate service and did not acknowledge Diamond status. Gave absolutely no welcome or information about the hotel/breakfast/etc. Room was tiny, walls are paper thin, inadequate security lock on the door and when I finally checked in around 4:30pm the hotel was still awaiting their towel delivery. First time in my life I decided to change hotels instead of dealing with this place for 4 days.

Only plus is the location.

I was going to book this hotel.
But judging by its ratings ..no way.

Why on earth doesn't the owner do something drastic to improve all the sad serious complaints..
It furnaces me how these places rip off innocent people.
Not only there money but spoil there break .what ever the occasion maybe..
Unacceptable ...
I also hold very responsible the booking agents here ...
They should refuse to take on just disasters.

Was more of a 3.5 stars (not 4) hotel. Room was bit old. Breakfast was disappointing with limited choices. Will have to pay for latte/cappuccino etc. Only black is complimentary. Only plus point - location.

It's funny I just left a detailed negative feedback on the hotel's booking service and it directed me to write some more on Google. So here you go. The only two good things about the hotel are the location and the friendly staff. Other than that, I really regret staying in this hotel. If my booking was refundable, I would have moved out in a second. When I first entered my room, I was welcomed with a strong odor, something that smelled like heavy coconut with an oriental scent. I thought it would go with time, but I was wrong. I picked up the phone to make a call and was shocked with the amount of dirt covering it. I had to put the phone on speaker because there was no way I was putting that thing on my ear. When I ordered dinner, I told my roommate that we would wake up with the food tray still outside our room, and that was what exactly happened.
I wish I chose another hotel even if it costed me more.

A lovely hotel. The rooms are not massive, but it is central London, so that is normal. There is an adequate desk and chair to enable you to fire off those last minute business reports. The carpets could do with a shampoo. Apart from that it is tip top.
The staff are lovely. They cannot do enough for you. They are genuinely committed to you having an enjoyable stay. The breakfast is good. The beds are comfortable. The showers are great.
The gym is fantastic. No one seems to use it and as long as you know what you are doing, you can have a great work out. Dumbbells up to 30kg, kettlebells up to 20kg, what is not to like? Good machines. A decent multigym. Nobody goes to a hotel gym to make massive gains, but you don't want to lose what you already have.
This is without doubt my favourite central London hotel.
