Travelodge Billingshurst Five Oaks

Nathalie was lovely and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms well spaced , very clean and super quite inside so slept a dream. Great cafe next door for breakfast, local pubs and shops near if your not local. For the price absolutely excetable.

We were greeted warmly by Jan on reception and given our key to room 12 which was lovely and clean with fresh white towels in the bathroom. The location is very quiet which was great for a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed. Plenty of free parking spaces outside.

Very comfortable stay. We came and checked in late at nigh and receptionist welcomed us with smile. Great bed and quality towers available.

Smells of dust when walking through corridors to room, dated décor.....needs a revamp if you ask me. Stevie Wonder would tell you the same.
The member of staff I met was polite and friendly. Very poor reception for mobile phone, had to buy 24 hour WiFi because of this. Not my cup of tea, prefer Premier Inns.

I was getting Married back in July myself & my wedding party stayed here for the weekend of My wedding we encountered friendly staff all the way through our stay :) especially the Hotel Manager whom when some of my party found themselves stranded the day after the wedding as there wasn’t many Taxi’s available in the area to take them & children back to the train station she kindly offered to take them. Great customer service going above & beyond. Thank you for your hospitality :)

Stopped over for the night to break up a trip to Hayling island. Situated on a busy A road next to Billy's diner. Staff were very friendly. Room was spotless. No road noise or noise from other guests. Slept like a baby. Great value at £42. Thanks for a lovely stay
