Booking in was efficient and we'd requested a ground floor room as my husband partially sighted and had one near to all facilities. Great location, few minutes to Hyde Park and buses. Staff friendly and helpful . Would stay here again.

First, the good parts - the area is lovely and ideal for what I needed for my stay! The park is right here and the proximity to my favorite parts of Kensington was fantastic. They also are generous with towels and general housekeeping compared to my usual experience with London 3- and 4-star hotels. Sadly, I will not return. The kettle was filled with mold, so I had to make frequent trips to the bar for hot water pots when I was unwell and needed lots of tea (they wouldn’t bring it to my room even once as a courtesy). I also had to get dish soap because the glassware was very clearly not clean. The housekeepers were so nice and helpful, but no one else working seemed interested at all in solving the very fixable issues of baseline hygiene. I also had some maintenance workers constantly trying to get into my room and asking when I would be gone…I was in and out all day each day of my stay, but I was like, “well, I check out in 2 days, so I’ll be gone then.” Why would they schedule work to be done in an occupied room? Even if I stepped out, I don’t want extra people in and around my belongings unless there is something urgent. For the record, I’m truly low-maintenance in hotels. If I have 2 towels and a kettle and a glass, and my sheets aren’t covered in stains, I’m a happy camper! But if I’m paying just short of £500 for 3 nights, it would be nice if the most basic necessities were handled.

Was good and near the underground and could easily access public transportation. In the middle of everything to see in London and was overall a nice place. However the hotel itself was ok and but quite bad service. One of the better hotels I’ve stayed though.

reading the reviews I got the impression that some expected to be treated like a king. this hotel has 3 stars and you get what you pay for. room small but clean and tidy, bathroom the same. a small tv if you need one during your short stay. very professional and English-speaking staff is always good to have. continental breakfast plus some. Croissants etc. Hotel is situated very close to tube so easy to travel. Summary, money vs service,definitely worth it.

Venue was good, great location, but the hotel itself was nothing special. The good: really close to the trains and underground, clean and polite service. The Bad: My toilet was really finicky and just wouldn’t work consistently which was really frustrating, and the shower head was fixed in the oddest angle ever that couldnt be adjusted. Overall, a mediocre stay! Good for a quick in and out in a safe neighbourhood

A wonderful hotel close to Hyde Park/Kingston Garden. Our room for 3 people was small but always clean and tidy. Meals were delicious. And the staff was so nice and polite. We will definitely check in there again on our next visit to London :)

Comfortable and quiet stay and convenient location. The rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast options are a bit limited but on a quick morning, it fulfills the purpose. The staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is pretty decent!
