Room was large and bed was comfortable. Facilities were fine. Lots of spiders in room. A particularly large one had claimed one of the spare beds. Woken up very early by fire alarm, was not sure if this was a drill as I could not find any staff during the alarm.

Customer service was absolutely amazing, no faults with staff whatsoever. Room was tidy, but very unclean all round! Only 1 towel for a double room. Bathroom was the dirtiest, brown finger marks on the walls by toilet & had to rinse marks out of the shower before using. No ventilation in room at all, 2 small windows but heat in the room with no AC is enough to make you vomit. Drains in bathroom left us sleeping in a room that smelt like sewage most of the night. Walls are paper thin, could hear people snoring upstairs & every single footstep or door opened/closed was really loud. Never managed to sleep at all, definitely wouldn't stay again not even worth the £60.

Horrible hotel. Only go there if you want your stay to get ruined!
They had bedbugs!! I even had to go to the hospital cause the bites got infected!
Door to toilet doesn't close - way too much to share when travelling with a friend.
No tea kettle and no towel on arrival. After complaining a kettle was brought - which was defective and wouldn't switch off: fire hazard!!
No room cleaning or replacing of towels, tea or bed linen...

Just for sleeping, enough space. Poor cleanliness, full of spiders and dust, only one towel for two people, bed linen poorly laundered, shower drain clogged with hair.

It was very very dirty no where near standard I get it it’s slightly cheaper than some other places but no reason to be That dirty where there was a bedbugs and I’ve been bitten by them. I haven’t slept well for over two weeks .I’ll share the photos as evidence!

don't go to this hotel!!! slept there three nights. from the second day it itched me. this hotel has bed bugs. I talked to the staff and they gave me a new room, but they didn't clean the old room thoroughly or search it for parasites. From reading the comments, it seems like the hotel has had bed bugs for a long time, but they just don't bother to do anything about it. I'm home a week after the holiday. my body is full of bites and i have had to go to the doctor several times. i brought these critters from this dirty hotel with me home. A big cheek from this hotel to still give these rooms full of bed bugs to other guests!!!

Excellent hotel, very cheap for London. The staff are very friendly and my room was spotless. There's a good pub called the askew next door which is a nice bonus.

Bed bugs all around. Thinking I let my 1yo sleep in one of those beds makes me sick! I wish I realised earlier! No cleanliness whatsoever!
