Good location, good parking, the staff were nice, the room was not so good. The worst family room we have stayed in, in 20yrs. It was shabby, dirty, not even sure the towels were clean! Stains on the pillows and curtains. Air conditioning poor, thank god for the fan, which in itself was filthy! 😖
The beds were uncomfortable and poorly positioned in a longish room. No iron, a couple of plug holes.
We stayed for 2 nights and wouldn't go again.

Really clean and comfortable. Very quiet, the staff were friendly and approachable.
I'd like to address the comments previously made about the restaurant, in our experience, we decided to eat there the 2nd night of our stay, it's was lovely and clean, but... The restaurant manager was clearly very very stressed, we were not seen quickly, when we were we were told to go back towards the door we had entered through by a kind of waving away gesture... There was I think 1 experienced staff member and perhaps 2 less experienced it seemed, these were very polite and professional. When we were eventually seated I asked if we could quickly order some cocktails, as we only had 10 mins left to get the offer after waiting. The waitress looked to the manager who then said there was no way that was happening as they were already 15 cocktails behind. There was no body at the bar as I could see, then we finally decided what we wanted to eat, only to be told there were no burgers left.... So this was our introduction... Saying all that... I was pretty annoyed, we almost left... But we stayed, and from then on we couldn't fault it, the manager was very attentive, very nice to our 3 Yr old, professional, the food was really delicious... We got a selection of starters... So in my opinion, they are under staffed and the higher management should help them out.. Something we see almost anywhere there is customer service involved these days... So yea... They need more staff to share the load, and the manager there that evening needs to find a way to cope with his load better, and hide his stress from the customers. So I hope you find this a fair review... I really ended up feeling sorry for them.

Got to be one of the original Premier Inns! Very dated building from the outside. Lobby and restaurant very modern.
My room was on the first floor (13 floors in total) quite small up to the newer PI rooms. But had the usual great cleanliness. Nice bedding and towels, comfy bed, great black out curtains. Windows were old.metal frames but had been soundproofed. Aircon in the room. Great location with the nearest tube being 5 mins walk. Breakfast was great, so much to choose from and all very fresh. Friendly staff from start to finish.
The downside - it was small, the bath was only about 4ft long and the shower looked like something from the 70's but once you worked out how to use it, it was good! It had a fixed head and with not much room in the bath was a bit tricky!!!
Only one of each towel for 2 of us, only 2 coffees and 2 teabags. You could help yourself in reception to more and no biscuits!!!! Private parking which was £18 for 24 hours. Sure if you've got time you can find off street parking close by. The road is busy but it is central.londom so if you don't sleep well don't have a room on floor 1!
Will definitely use it again but not a room on floor 1.

Well, the hotel is big - 13 floors, but the rooms are small and the furniture is old. There is teapot in the room. Nice breakfast: standard options for a full English and continental. Location is fine for this district: couple of min away from big supermarkets and local high street. Lovely park near by and also, there are rowing clubs about 10 min walk towards the river.

Absolutely disgusted with the service, attitude of the staff and the state of the room. I dont normally feel so strongly about leaving a bad review but so, so disappointed with this premier. I'm a business customer too and have never stayed in such a let down of a hotel. TV broken with wires hanging out, lights don't work so have to have the room half darkened all evening, toilet keeps backing up. Complained and was met with horrendous attitude from the staff member working the nightshift this weekend, was told we would get a free breakfast as there was nothing could be done, then couldn't have the breakfast this morning. We then asked for more milk for the room to be given a glass of milk! There's no fridge in the room. The bathroom stinks of damp, it's tired and looks dirty, behind the basin has never been cleaned. I'm really shocked by just how bad this is and would recommend to anyone to avoid. Let's hope maybe they can rescue a tiny bit of even the 1 star I have given by giving us the breakfast we were promised, although I'm not sure I want it.

Unfortunately very poor experience of staying in this Premier Inn. The room was too small and the windows even double had gaps in them and it was on 12th floor so it was continuously windy and noisy. Poorly insulated rooms so every crack and movement and conversation can be heard. I also had very noisy neighbours and I couldn't sleep until 2am at night and woke up cold at 6am in the morning due to the cold wind blowing through the gaps. Bathroom as mentioned in other reviews could use an upgrade.

Will never stay here again.

Great place to rest head. 20 mins walk to Apollo and shopping area.
Pics of building must of been when it was first painted, looks rough.
My room was on 5th floor corridors dated and scary looking. I had huge fire hose by my door.

The rooms were comfy for head down after gig but it's literally a room around a bed it was tiny, no power by bed so couldn't charge phone near me.
Shower so bad I just didn't bother 🤣

Overall the stay was secure, fine, and in an okay location. I've stayed in better premier inns. The staff were friendly but sadly the rooms and overall hotel was a little dated and the bed wasn't very comfy.
