You get what you pay for: a decent bed and a clean bathroom, a modest breakfast, and a good location within walking distance of Underground stations. Shower head could use some descaler, but other than that the room was fine. The room was pretty hot though and the street is noisy. So bring some earplugs. Staff was friendly, reviewers who mention negative experiences with staff probably aren't able to communicate well enough themselves. I'd recommend this hotel, especially considering its price relative to other hotels.

The hotel met our expectations, especially considering the price. The room was neat. Not too big, but sufficient as a place to sleep. You won't be there during the day anyway. As well as the bathroom. The bed was made every day and fresh towels were provided. The breakfast was also fine. The staff were friendly. The location is perfect. Close to bus stops, metro, supermarket and other shops.
Me, my wife and son had a very pleasant stay!

Hotel 65 is located in a 30-minute walk from Kensigton Gardens, but you can easily get the most of places by bus o tube as they’re very close to the hotel
Breakfast was lovely and tasty: fresh toasts, a variety of jam and cereals, a little cheese and coffee or tea. Everything was served quickly, the breakfast room and the cutlery were clean.
The room was cosy, clean and spacious. Actually, we’ve booked a room for two, but were hosted in the room for three. The bed was comfortable but a little bit creaking. The bedding and towels were fresh. The cleaning was done daily.
The hotel and the room were clean
We’re completely satisfied with the way how we were welcomed in Hotel 65. The staff is really nice, helpful and friendly. We needed to extend our stay and they found an opportunity for us. You can ask them about everything

Room was a decent size with free wi-fi and everything worked.
Shower was little more than a dribble and the breakfast was just toast.
Price was cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for.

Just spent 3 nights there with our young children. I will definitely be back. For the price it was a lovely place to stay. Nice clean up to date rooms. And breakfast was a brilliant bonus. The staff are extremely hard working.

Nice hotel, which consists of few buildings in the street. Our room was clean and tidy, we had everything we needed. Only one negative is that our room had older windows and it was located to the street - so on friday it was really noisy from outside - we felt like we left some window open but they were closed. Also the breakfast was really nice. It is more like a continental breakfast, without buffet, but there are few options in it. Metro station is 10 minutes by walk, price for accommodation us very reasonable.

Hotel 65 is halfway between two tube stops, about a 10 minute walk away, but quite secluded from the center or main London attractions. The hotel is located on a street with many restaurants, shops and a small park with facilities for children to play. The staff does their job, they didn't check us in early, but they kept our luggage for us on the day of arrival and the day of departure, you can use the toilet. They pleasantly surprised us with breakfast included. Our room was relatively large with comfortable beds, TV, hair dryer, desk and small wardrobe, as well as a good sized bathroom. The cons for me were 2: the windows are not well sealed and therefore quite cold and noisy, and no air conditioning to keep you warm; there is no movable shower in the shower cabin in the bathroom, and when you take a shower, you also get your hair wet and it is quite uncomfortable for children as well.
