I stayed here on a family trip in May 2022. Awesome staff, clean rooms and great location (about a 15-minute walk from the Ealing Broadway train station). Very safe neighbourhood. London is loud so there is some noise from the street (like everywhere). Wonderful cleaning service, coffee and hot chocolate provided. Thank you for a great stay!

lots of the furniture has chunks of paint missing, the carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in very long time nor has the furniture been moved to vacuum underneath. we were promised a city view, however, all we got was the side of another building. the curtains are covered in stains and the corner in the window cill looks like it’s got mold on it. underneath the bed we found an empty packet of beef jerky, an unopened muesli bar and a tissue that has clearly been there for a while, so the staff clearly don’t check underneath the bed when cleaning.

Room was a bit dated and worn; small things like the curtains having tears in them, or the uncomfortable bed being a couple of single mattresses shoved together and called a queen size. Single sheet and heavy winter blanket meant it was impossible to get really comfortable at night.

Very friendly staff. Close to Ealing Broadway station, good selection of restaurants right outside. Stayed for four nights. Will definitely visit again.

Me and my husband Juliano stayed in Xanadu Hotel in London in Easting Broadway and we both highly recomend it. Alba was very attentive and pleaseful to attend us, also the room is cosy and warm, the place is very well located. Perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay here , rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable with amazing views on the higher levels . Staff are friendly ,courteous and very helpful . Breakfast has a great choice and everything was high quality produce that was cooked to perfection! Situated in a great location in Central Ealing near plenty of bars , restaurants and shops. We can't wait to visit again 😍
