When you pay £506 for ONE NIGHT (because there was a concert at the stadium) you expect a faultless stay. Firstly the TV didn't work and the plug sockets next to the bed didn't work. (These were both rectified by a nice maintenance man). The bedside cabinet needs a good dusting and the kettle is filthy (see photos for both). We are now back in our room after the concert and having asked reception for some fresh milk (not long life cartons) some long life cartons arrived. We told the lady who delivered them that we wanted a jug of fresh milk and were told they didn't have any!! Have just tried phoning reception and nobody is answering! (It's only 11pm!). Don't charge £506 a night if you can't deliver a service that reflects this! Really not happy. :(

Hotel is in a great location for the arena and stadium. Rooms were clean, there is a fridge which you can’t use as it’s full of mini bar items. Toilet paper is the stuff you used to get in school that is like tissue paper. No hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. There is no staircase for guests to use, and the emergency exit is poorly signposted on certain floors. I’ve never been in a hotel where you can’t use the stairs if you don’t want to use the lift. Some people have phobias of lifts, what do those people do if they aren’t on the ground floor? Poorly designed hotel. There was quite a queue to check in and some of the staff weren’t overly helpful. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, even for the arena. There are much nicer hotels for the same price as you pay here.

I just finished my stay, and this was a beautiful hotel. The front staff were nice and very accommodating. Executive lounge is really nice, and they really went out their way to provide a great experience for their diamond members. The shower kept changing temperature, but maybe that’s because I did not have the music because I am from America. But other than that very lovely stay

Lovely hotel. Only issue is when you go to the bar and buy a drink you are issued a service charge. One glass of rose wine 250ml was £18. Double gin & mixer just short of £15 & a service charge of £3.84. I could understand the service charge if we had been seated and received table service

This Hilton Hotel was one of best one I have stayed at so far and I been many Hilton Hotel in Washington DC and New York.

The Customer Service person who's in the picture was very very nice person because he really looked out for us but overall everybody was very kind and caring and helpful.

Room was very nice and also they give us complimentary breakfast which really nice of them.

I would stay here again if I come back to London. Great Job Hilton!!! 🙏✌️

Really awesome location for any Wembley events. Good choice of room types, and two types of bars to chose from. Recommend the roof terrace if it’s warm enough.

Comfy bed and peaceful night’s sleep. Decent shower in the morning too, so definitely on the list for a return trip in the future.

Only niggles we’re the queue at check out. It took ages, and weirdly the bar closed to residents really early which was quite disappointing.

I stayed here for a work conference and honestly couldn’t fault it for the price. The King size bed was comfortable and warm, room was spacious, free bottled water, a lovely bath, soft towels, beautiful smelling complimentary bath products, lots of info in the room. Slept well which is rare in a hotel for me. Great location too. The staff were all so lovely and helpful, particularly the breakfast room staff. The breakfast itself was absolutely lovely! Everything fresh and hot, good stock of all items, Full English buffet style, but also continental with smoked salmon and cheeses, a large array of fresh juices, fruit, pastries, vegan options too! Even the coffee was lovely. So worth paying a bit extra to stay here over a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn!

The Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and polite. One particular staff member in the restaurant namely Oltjana was helpful, friendly and made me and my family feel very welcome. She is a real asset to your hotel. We hope to see her there again when we visit London. Undoubtedly the best located and very well run hotel.
