Food was superb, had a Sunday roast and it was delicious. Red wine. Lush. Lovely place and the staff were friendly but I will say £15 service charge fee?!?

Was planning to have pizza next door but ended up in this one. Good atmosphere for a relaxing dinner and drink after a long day's shopping in London. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good quality and well worth it.

Conveniently located close to the park, this restaurant offers an interesting and a bit pricy menu. The steak was good. The service is slow. Not very kids friendly. More appropriate for couples who look for some nice hangout by the park.

Had a horrible experience at another hotel(bed bugs). Called 20+ hotels on a Saturday at 3am. They got us in straight away, with a £50 discount each night too. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, set the room up for us a little bit of radio and an extra heater as it was a freezing night all within half an hour. Amazing service from the start. Still got a few days left but a lovely place and staff are great.

The festive menu wasn’t available. My steak was mixed up with someone else. My the time this was rectified the sides had gone cold. Still another of our table hasn’t received their main course. My returned steak was rare and not medium well done. The prices are high but the food and service don’t live up to the prices. No toilet roll in the bathroom and not sorted out even when mentioned. We were looking forward to the festive menu and not really sure why it wasn’t available. A very overpriced and disappointing experience.

Had a delicious lunch today, the service and food was superb.
This was the first time at York & Albany, and we shall definitely be back. Lots more to try on the menu!

Very fast kids menu, and for the adults the food was astonishing! I had the 28 Day Dry Aged Sirloin (pictured) and my wife had one of the best Fish 'n Chips we ever had. Definitely recommended.

Quaint building and very nice staff but issues with electricity (outlets shorting after plugging in two phones) and water. Breakfast is good but extremely slow (up to 40 min wait for eggs) so not ideal for a traveler looking to get out in the morning. Rooms are not especially noteworthy. Restaurant food for dinner is very good but cocktails were terrible.
