Good location, rooms felt clean. Only improvement would be a new carpet, as the one in the room was heavily stained. Check in staff could do with being more efficient, but for the price paid good value.

Lovely hotel right by Wembley stadium, clean comfy rooms with an amazing shower!!! Staff were friendly helpful and happy to go the extra mile. Breakfast was superb chef was friendly will use again

This hotel is conveniently located nearby Wembley stadium, and the rooms are of a nice construction, but our stay was quite uncomfortable. We went to bed with the thermostat set to its lowest setting, but woke up early around 6am in a stuffy, uncomfortably warm room. The windows are sealed and can't even be cracked open slightly.

We stayed just one night, and the employee at reception asked how our stay went. I mentioned the uncomfortable temperature of the room, and he began blaming me for our issue. Telling me I should have called him and complained sooner. I understand what he's trying to say, but you wake up groggy at 6am, realise you didn't sleep great, and the situation is pretty much set at that point. Blaming me and raising your voice at checkout is entirely unprofessional. I had no desire to speak with him once he insisted on pinning the blame back on me.

We will definitely not stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 days. Perfect hotel and great location. Our room was on the first floor. We had a good sleep without any noises. We had a nice stay.

This hotel is a real mixed-bag... some aspects are modern and clean, others - mainly in-room facilities are basic/poor.

Issues:

# Hotel says policy of free water in-room (none provided)
# White stains on carpet & tatty, basic furniture

# Only 1 miniature shampoo provided for 2 guests - no soap, no conditioner, no body lotion

# Room-rate included "English breakfast" and when went to breakfast nothing hot was on offer - only cold items. Queried it, and they said breakfast was extra cost, and told to go to reception an pay first! - Also no choice of items, and had to be ordered/cooked specially. In a so-called 4 star hotel, breakfast should be buffet

# Staff - young, dismissive, and had no idea about customer service.

Tried to get partial refund/credit, as I didn't get what I paid for!... but refused. Sorry, can't recommend this hotel unless all you care about is a bed for the night and being near Wembley Park.

St George is an ok hotel with great potential.
It would benefit from little improvements but it’s surely better than many in Wembley.
Think of it at Hilton minus large elegant entrance and grandeur.
Everything works fine and the beds are comfortable. Showers.
3* for my palette.

Nice Hotel very helpful and friendly staff turned up at very last minute with no prior booking and helped us to have a lovely stay, asked to get our child' milk warmed up and they were happy to help, room was lovely and clean, bathroom spotless!!
It was definitely worthy!!
I'll come back for sure!

On the 24th of December 2022 at approximately 6 o’clock receptionist and I didn’t have a good encounter.
Firstly, upon arrival, I thought I could be simple and quick, however, I was bombarded with questions from the receptionist which seemed quite passive aggressive. He kept questioning how I got a hotel for that price kept telling me I was lucky to get it at that price. He then continued to ask me where I booked it and how I booked it. It seemed as if as if he was shocked at someone like myself, could have a room at this this hotel. I felt really unwelcome with this encounter. He then gave me the worst room with dust everywhere and carpet stains. The ventilators were clogged up with dust. Therefore I went back to him and asked if the room could be cleaned or if I could have a different room. He said there is nothing I could do about it but maybe I could speak to his manager tomorrow. He was very dismissive I took photos of the dust and lack of cleaning. I’m really disappointed.
