Absolutely brilliant place. They took us in, we had the warmest of welcome, floods were everywhere. The fire was roaring, gentlemen were playing dominoes, the lady made us a HOT meal. Ham egg and chips and the place is fabulous. I can't recommend it highly enough. Great beer, great prices and the decor is so wonderful. The landlady does all sorts of embroidery and sparkly dot work.
You need to go to this place. You won't be disappointed.
I have to say we were going to stay anywhere but were so lucky to find a place so welcoming. So much so that we cancelled our original destination that we were en route to and opted to stay at The Bradford Arms Hotel for the duration.
We have met some great people in the bar and the staff are amazing, as is the breakfast and the prices are so affordable.
Can't speak highly enough of this place.

I literally stumbled into this place, after a long day hiking the Offa's dyke path, in the hope of finding a room. For the sum of £40 per night, I was immediately shown to my suite, which can comfortably sleep 6 people. The master bedroom had a really comfortable bed, and the bath was a godsend. Both rooms are large and we'll furnished, with a selection of VHS/dvds, available. The food was also very nice, breakfast was cooked to order, and the evening meals were very tasty. My hosts made me feel very welcome, and along with the locals, made me feel part of their extended family. I spent 4 nights at The Bradford Arms, and would highly recommend it to any other potential customers.

Arrived for an evening meal, thinking we had booked a table, but I,had rang the wrong pub!
That said Rob was very accomodating and sorted us a table where we could sit with the dog, he even brought him water and a biscuit.
The food was amazing, all home cooked, and fantastic portions.
If your planning a trip with your four legged friend then this is definitely a good option with the hotel being dog friendly too.

Excellent food and brilliant customer service in relaxing surroundings. Much more than just "pub" food, and served in a separate dining room. Caters for gluten free customers. Lovely staff who always go that extra mile. Advice - phone to book a table.

Very dirty shower- black gunge all along the seal and climbing up the glass No window that could be opened. Breakfast choice was toast and fried - no yogurt, fruit. Smelt musty. Explained couldn't stay there and was offered to stay free but felt had to move. Told there wasn't anywhere else to stay in the village and this was the 1st complaint in 16 years which I find baffling given that the shower gunge must have matured over a few years. Avoid

Characterful pub serving wide selection of options on menu. Recommend booking a table, great spot for Offa’s Dyke walkers passing through Llanymynech. We had Sunday roast dinner which was lovely & just what we needed after long day walking!
