A little difficult to find but with help from the KingLine man,Callum, we found it. Previous people's dirty washing left in lodge. There was only clean sheets for us for one week, but we were staying two. Neighbours went out one evening and their dog howled and barked for hours. Fishing is advertised as private but it's communal decking walkway/mooring. Construction work was going on periodically across the river in front of us, throughout the whole two weeks.Fishing wasn't brilliant either. Don't think this place is worth the money we paid, and we definitely wouldn't go there again.

Lovely place. Very clean and very comfortable. Fabulous aspect. Nice touches like a welcome pack containing small washing up liquid, tea towels which you take home, cloth, scourer and bin bags. Doesn't sound a lot but saves you buying them or bringing them with you. Would definitely stay again. Only one very minor problem...couldn't find it at first as name is at the top of the door. The other lodges have name plates at the side of the doors. Daisy lodge has a commemmorative opening plaque there instead.

Would have been nice to have been either greeted or a reception near. ( that's why 3 star for service) Apart from that it was very good. Great location 5 min walk to Horning, 10min drive to Wroxham, 20mins to coast. Great Chinese takeaway just down the road Golden city 😋

Went on holiday here for week and had an incredible stay. The house was found in perfect condition with everything in immaculate condition. The location is perfect with plenty of space for parking and easy access to Horning, Wroxham and only 20 minute drive to several beaches! The only draw back would be the size of the bed for the adults was a little snug, and perhaps a slight lack of storage space, e.g. wardrobes, however there was plenty of extra room to store clothes and other items and with easy access to launch a kayak we had the perfect week here! Would recommend this to any one.

Lovely house by the River Bure. Great for fishing and relaxing after a busy day out. Perfect position to visit all the Broads and surrounding areas. 😊
