Staff polite and willing to be of assistance. Room clean and airy, shower room/toilet clean as too bedding and towels. Breakfast in a box adequate for us but there is Starbucks and M&S nearby. The only negative was the Wi-Fi not being consistent which didn't bother us too much. We stayed for four nights and would return if visiting the area again. It was definitely value for money.

the hotel is run down tired and rooms where shocking.
you are welcomed by a travelodge sign that is worn out and still say recently refurbished over 10 years ago.....???? dirt and grime all over carpets, thick dust all over the carpets as well as stains.
shower was horrid moldy grout dirty floors that hadn't been moped.
but bed was clean and comfy and the staff where very pleasant and polite starbucks right outside and lovely pubs not far away.
cost £288 for 3 nights wont be staying again that's for sure premier inn at great yarmouth is much much much better cleaner better location and around the same price most of the time

Just a one night stop over. The bed was very clean and comfortable but room needed a good clean there was dust round the edges of the carpet, window were dirty thou the curtains looked brand new, bathroom floor looked like it needed a good scrub. My thoughts are that this room has recently had a refurbishment but has not been sufficiently cleaned afterwards. So ok for one night stop but wouldn't want to stay for any length of time.

Good place to stay. Rooms are fairly clean. Breakfast is OK. You get the "on the go box".
I still prefer premier inn. However for the price I can't complain. It cost me £37 including breakfast. Cheapest premier inn I ever had was 68 including breakfast.

Untidy room and very dirty won't use again. Best part about Acle was Solomon who was very helpful but sadly nothing he could do to rectify the problems

Easy to find, rooms large and cheap price. Free parking. In regards to staff, during two nights stay only met one lady who checked us in. She was really nice. Apart from that didnt see anyone else as nobody sat in reception. It is outdated but you have all facilities you would require.
The only thing I didnt like is how dirty it is. The bathroom taps, bedding stained and kettle dirty outside all around and scale inside. I think cleanliness is the most important, but this hotel needs a lot of improvement on this. The cheap price doesnt excuse from lack of cleanliness.

What a wonderful welcome by Solomon! The room was probably the cleanest Travelodge we've been to. Thanks so much for a great stay.
