One Star as the chap who met me as no manned reception ( phone a mobile number on a poster that had clearly been there a while) was Decent. The room a mini apartment…. Very friendly by the mattress on the bed absolutely knackered got to be over 10 years old… Sheets and pillow case had stains on them…. Rooms not very clean over all… TV leant against wall as clearly no one can be bothered to fit it .. sofa older than me a dirty……. Just left the keys in the apartment and left after 10 minutes and booked a Premier Inn….. think twice about booking here. I stayed in shed in the Bornean Jungle and would recommend them first!!!

The suites are tired but not as bad as some of reviews led us to believe. TV is not the best but we went to relax not do the same as if we were at home. Nice relaxing night with a comfortable bed, warm shower, decent free Internet, clean towels and half the price of Lennie Henry's mates! I'd say bargain seeing as it was a suite too

This was a very last minute, one night booking for a family member in need. Very easy to book, check in & check out. The main room was a decent size with open plan kitchen and lounge. Room had a sofa, arm chair, small but adequate TV and a bar stool for the breakfast bar.
Bedroom was also a fair size consisting of a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a chair.
Overall, the property was good and clean.
Not much in the way of utensils & crockery if you were staying for a couple nights or more but as it was, it served it’s purpose.
*Situated above a nursery / daycare so very noisy during daytime / playtime (not terrible though unless the sound of happy kids annoys you lol)
*toilet flush stopped working just before checkout time (weird)
*inside kitchen cupboards and draws were dusty/ signs of previous use. (I would have had to clean them before being able to use)
*corners such as skirtings, under sink, shower basin & window ledge could do with a bit more attention to cleaning detail but it wasn’t anything to complain about considering the price paid.
*building wasn’t secure as the main entrance doors were permanently open and it was very easy to gain access to individual apartment doors. Wouldn’t recommend here if feeling safe and secure was a priority. It was booked for a single adult though so open access didn’t present an issue.

Room for improvement but sufficient and provides what it needs to for a quick overnight or weekend stay

Wish there was a minus option!
This was a disappointing choice on my part, we arrived with my family, having booked 2 apartments for one night.
The accommodation was really disappointing, dirty, Ill equipped and smelly. Broken bathroom door, dirty and cracked shower, kitchen with no equipment! The bed was horrendous! We didn't even want to sit on the dirty! I wouldn’t even book my dogs in for a night

It took 6/7 calls to get hold of anyone to meet me to check in. The suite was dirty, aside from the bed. In need of being updated. Had a full kitchen but no cutlery! I had a huge bag and the lift was not working and was offered no help with carrying my bag up 3 flights of stairs. I wish I had paid slightly more and stayed somewhere different. The worst place I have stayed at in a long time. Even the blinds were broken so they wouldn't fully close and I was paranoid people could see me from the houses opposite so I was having to make sure I was covered up if I went to the loo etc late at night. Would not recommend. Even the local taxis told me I was staying at the worst place in the area!

It's great for what it is and what we needed. Made things a bit awkward that the wing we were in didn't have elevator access, luckily it was only one floor up setting as we have some mobility issues.
some of the light bulbs had blown out were missing, upon replacing the bulbs it would instantly blow and trip the fuse board. For some reason there was no hot water, so thank goodness the electric shower worked perfectly.

My biggest complaint, the original booking for 4 nights was canceled by them, when re-booking, i could only book 3 nights at a higher price as the 4th night was "unavailable". During our first day after arriving, i received a marketing message to extend our stay at a special 50% rate, so i added on our 4th night.
original 4 night booking was £142
replacement 3 night booking £148
adding the 4th night @ £28
New 4 night total £176
and no explanation about why the first booking was canceled 1 week prior to check-in even though it was booked 6 months earlier, no compensation

The spacious suite was more than adequate for our needs; with a clean, separate kitchen and lounge with a big leather corner sofa . Although throughout it was a bit tired- perhaps even a little shabby in places.
The bed was clean and very comfortable. I would happily stay here again as I considered it good value for money, the concierge was friendly and helpful.

The place was like a squat, the carpet was sticky, the kitchen was a mess, with food remains in the cutlery draw. The fridge was filthy, with a flickering internal light. The sofa looked so worn and dirty I did not touch it…
Thankfully the bedding was clean and that’s all I ended up using and was out early the following day.
Will definitely never use again
