My room in this hotel smelled damp and the attempts to mask it with an 'air freshener' didn't help. The room lacked some basic items such as a bedside table, also no chair in the room. The bed felt lumpy and uncomfortable and the bedsheet didn't fit properly, and there was no mattress protector or mattress topper. I had to ask for a kettle as one hadn't been provided, however, there were two mugs plus the usual tea-bags/coffee/milk assortment available in the room. Rather worryingly was the notice on the entrance 'The hotel front door will be locked at 12am midnight. After this time, you will only be allowed to enter or leave the hotel under exceptional circumstances.' In the morning, the receptionist was asleep under a duvet on a sofa in the foyer. However, the interactions I had with the staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely terrible....first room I was given had a rat trap in the toilet. I asked why this was the case and it was dismissed by the man on reception. Within two minutes of me sitting in the room I began to hear scratching and rodent activity. I asked to move room and they reluctantly moved me. New room stunk of smoke....I had to keep my shoes on whilst using the bathroom as the floor was so dirty. This "hotel" needs to be investigated as it shouldn't be open to the public.

It is just about bearable if you need somewhere to sleep for one night & are not planning on being in your room for long. The toilet smelt disgusting, stains on the sheets and towels, the lock on the door was broken and the room was pretty grim. The receptionist said someone would be on reception 24/7, but when we arrived back to the hotel at 1am, there was only a guy asleep on a sofa at reception. Didn't feel very safe or professional. I don't know in which universe this would be considered a 3 star hotel.

The room is not clean but dark, mouldy and damp…especially an air freshener smells bad, so I recommend to pull it out from plug immediately.
On the other hand, a reception staff is very nice and kind so I could stay safe.

This hotel is clean, and they have good rooms with comfortable beds, the bathroom is clean and has a waterfall shower.

Service is good and the Staff is helpful with any requests.

Paper thin walls, can hear the neighbours mutter all night, as late as 5am.
Room had a pungent smell of tobacco. Made it extremely hard to breathe.
If you’re looking for a quick jeet then the place is fine.
A good nights sleep? Spend the few more quid elsewhere

Lost for words. Checked out after 1 hour.
The place is dirty and falling apart. No door locks, ceiling panels all off so you can see cables. Couldn't get in the room because the card wasnt working since you can see the batteries in the door. Can see people walking down the corridor under your door because of the big gaps. Just don't book if you value anything.

The stay was good from the time I entered as the checkin was fast plus the room I was given was flawless although the guest next door were noisy, nothing to do with hotel as the staff and facilities were fabulous.
