Cannock Hotel Apartments

Very friendly and helpful owners. Stayed for over four months due to flooding of our bungalow. Could not have found anywhere better. Many thanks

Amazing little apartment for myself & my two children.
Great location. Quiet, clean, beds were amazing to sleep in.
Will definitely be returning again.

On the day of the booking around the check in time we received a message informing us that the shower is broken in the apartment we had booked so we could either stay there as it was or get a refund. As you can imagine such late notice about this issue was an absolute inconvenience to us. No apology was given whatsoever. And to top it off the customer service advisor that this text conversation was taking place was just rude. Would not recommend anyone to stay here as the service is horrendous and definitely not reliable at all. Not worth the stress!

Very good apartment with all the amenities. Couldn't get the shower to work in the morning but that was due to my shortcomings not the owner. I'll know for next time!

Brilliant!spottless,lovely. Tea,coffee and everything for a brew..wish we had booked a whole weekend. Brilliant place for pubs and something to eat.

Stayed 1 night but would well recommend these apartments,very clean,everything you need,the quilt&pillows are the best ever!!,modern&lovely&the service i found was great,spoke to the bloke afew times who helped me sort the booking,we left something behind an expensive item& he even got intouch and arranged to meet us later that day& return it too us as we were still in the area.Cant fault it.I would go again.

Fine place to stay, good location and very comfy.

Decoration a tad plain, but everything worked.
