We had booked the hotel in February for a 2 week stay in July. I had booked a balcony patio room and paid the extra fee. When we arrived, we were sent to a room with no balcony/patio. We asked to switch and received a new room with a balcony however it was over looking the roof and the AC generator. The balcony hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, and it was generally very disappointing. There were 2 of us in the room, but we constantly only received 1 towel and one face towel. We either had to share towels or call down to the front desk for new towels. The staff at the hotel was generally friendly and the breakfasts were good.

Utterly lovely hotel. Big car park but gets full in the evenings. Two fast charge EV points, however it stopped working whilst my car was charging and the unit went dead.
A Ukraine lady on reception helped me check in and was the most positive wonderful person I’ve met in a very long time.

We got this hotel at the very last minute before midnight so we can get some sleep before driving to the airport. The location is great if you want to be close to the airport. Hilton Cobham is in the woods and has a very nice outdoor restaurant/bar area. Also, it’s only 40 min away from Windsor Castle for those who want to see more historical places outside London. The breakfast was nothing special, but decent. Overall, it’s worth the price.

Honestly, it was a good stay. The room and bathroom was perfectly clean, the breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Convenient location and little noise.

Only downside was getting to the hotel. A small access road that was difficult to spot in the dark. I think some better signage would be ideal.

It is more than disappointing when you make a reservation a couple of weeks on advance for a family, but then when you arrive to book in, the staff on reception tell you they can only accommodate half your group! The compensation for this "mistake" was complimentary drinks, but again only for half of the group. Until we complained.

An annoying aspect of this whole fiasco was seeing guests arrive after us being offered upgrades. We were told the hotel was fully booked.

Thankfully the manager was able to find a room that could accommodate us.

However, the beds were not comfortable. The pillows went completely flat in a couple of seconds as soon as you put your head down. The rooms were too hot also, I had to turn the thermostat down around 2am.

Breakfast was nice. There was a lot of choice.

Stayed here for 1 night last minute with my partner and 9 month old little girl. They upgraded us free of charge because there was more room for our travel cot and the staff were so so friendly. The room was wonderful and the overall hotel was nice and clean. The gym is 24hr and brand new! they also have a 24hr sauna and steam which is absolutely amazing! Last but not least we got to checkout slightly later as it takes more time to get the babies stuff together which again was very thoughtful of the staff. Overall we had an amazing experience and we will now be using this hotel as a go to when we our local in the area. Thank you Hilton team for a great experience all round!

We had only one night at The Hilton, but we were not disappointed, especially as we arrived to be told that we had been upgraded..the room we stayed in was spacious and recently decorated so nothing to moan about there. We had a meal in the restaurant on the evening we arrived which was very good and of average price. We also had breakfast the next morning which was one of the best buffet style ones We have had great choice of hot and cold food.
Definitely will use again.

Room is newly refurbished and sparkling clean! Had a great stay here.
The receptionist Kelly was very friendly and helpful however her manager (a guy with Indian accent, couldn’t catch his name) was quite rude and unpleasant to talk with, he was also not treating his colleague with respect.
