Lovely hotel, Came on the Tuesday afternoon not to busy and got checked in straight away we were on the second floor so we either used the lift or took the stairs. We went in to the room it was decent but what can you expect from a premier Inn it's a very nice hotel, Also they had air conditioning but! No opening windows it was so stuffing in the mornings but they also had a very nice breakfast station and it's also in a very nice hotel right near the Ashley Centre and the tons of Restaurants + Shops the beds are very comfortable indeed, and I definitely recommend visiting you'll definitely get your money's worth and it's also very near a golf course and Chessington world of adventures. 9.8 out of 10 It was lovely.

Really rate this hotel. It was clean and tidy. Our room looked band new. The staff we encountered were cheerful, friendly and helpful. It's a great location in the centre of Epsom. The only negative is the lack of parking. We used the nearby NCP, which was £12.50 for 24 hours.

The two stars are
for (a) the delightful young lady who checked us in, and showed us how to use the credit-card shaped "key"; and (b) the room itself, which was attractive and beautifully clean.
On the downside, incredibly we
couldn't get any fresh air in the room, as apparently the window couldn't be opened! We had to have awful air-conditioning, the noise of which was quite intrusive. The bed was uncomfortably hard
and the pillows the same; I woke up with backache and my husband "ached all over".
All in all, we were very thankful to get out into the fresh air on leaving at 8am. How those lovely people can work in such an airless atmosphere is beyond me!

A bit grim. Normally ok when I stay here but this time I was allocated an accessible room (I don’t know why) and it is not clean. I flagged it to the manager and was told they’d send house keeping to look at it. They didn’t. Sad that this is what is considered acceptable for an accessible room.

Lovely hotel located just outside of central London, close to a train station to get to central London.
The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly.

Nice, clean room in a good state and with a comfortable bed. The Team's nice.
Not easy to find the carpark which is located in the back of a neighbouring building with the entrance from completely different road. Very limited dinner menu and a stone-cold breakfast.

Great location, friendly staff, typical Premier Inn rooms.

Some rooms may need a “lick of paint”.

Rooms being cleaned upon request at reception. One day even after requesting, leaving a door tag, and witnessing reception staff noting room number it was not cleaned - which was a bit disappointing.

Wifi within the hotel is barely working, even the paid option. It may be running while you are connected but once device is inactive (either it would be phone, tablet, or laptop) it disconnects from the network. Issue that staff admitted being known already

Stayed one night from friday to saturday. Standard room size for any Premier Inn. The location was perfect as it's in the town centre. Parked at the Depot Road Car Park and didn't have any issues walking to this hotel.
