I’m going to star with the positive points: nice facilites, fair room, well located, and coffee and water machines available all day long.

Despite all the above I would never recommend this hotel, does not correspond to the experience you should have on a 4-stars hotel on such an high rate per night.
(Most of) the staff does not care about you at all, if they can rush to get into the elevator before you, they will. If they have to welcome you and explain just a couple of points during the check-in, they won’t.
There’s no room cleaning service at all, which was a surprise after returning at our second night.
The breakfast is something you should avoid, poor options and you can only pick sweet or salty, if you ask for it and pick the salty one I wish you good luck as you might see how locals entering after you are served in minutes while you wait. By the way, you need some vouchers for the breakfast but, of course, the man that “took care” of our check-in did not explained it even provided those.

As a summary, not worth that money for how you are treated at the end. There might be hundreds of more humble hotels but you will for sure feel more welcome there.

Stayed there for business trip. Great location! 7 stars for location but same like other reviews, 3 stars for room condition and size. Not much to say about the service, it's a very self-serve kind of hotel. Some likes a lot of care, others just don't want anyone bugging them. But then again, if I'm only staying for the bed, who cares about the lobby?

Very nice overall and a good location for what we needed. Bathroom was a bit basic and bed a little bit soft. Staff very friendly and hotel looked very nice. Would stay again

From the outside, it looks like a decent hotel.

The reception area is tiny which means there's always a queue. The desk staff seemed to be struggling with the systems and as usual Hotels. Com didn't send through my comments.

There's a lounge area but you don't really know if you can use it or when.

There's water filling stations by the lifts which is a good idea.

I was in 505 which has absolutely no direct view due to the parapets.

The room was large and had a good deal. Big TV but that needs an update as half the Channel Guide is missing.

Bathroom was good and the shower was powerful and hot. All in all, fairly decent hotel.

What I didn't enjoy:
Corridors were noisy with people going to their rooms till late
That confusing lounge area
No in-room information about the hotel
Hot and miss trying to get cabs in the area

Great location for 1 night stay, but the decor is dark, somewhat dated. The breakfast is sub-par and basic for a room costing c.€300 a night. No gluten free options, barely had soya milk for non-dairy and only after asking twice.
Room included microwave and ironing board, but no hair dryer.

Rooms were tiny and we had to switch rooms do the fact our first room the door wasn't locked when we when to get in. No safes in the room but the offer it at the front desk. They do check bags which is nice. The hotel restaurant is only available in the left elevator. And we had to go get our own food after a half-hour of waiting. Food was okay. Would of been better if was hot.

Hotel room was fine but basic. Staff friendly on arrival. Used the steak restaurant and expected to be able to charge to my room. No body mentioned that the financial link doesn’t work, the restaurant manager explained to me that everyone knows and that I was the only person who didn’t, it was the hotels fault for not telling me. I recommend the sign is changed or updated as it was quite embarrassing and detracted from the evening massively.

Located a 5 minute walk from London Bridge, very convenient for Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Very clean and extremely quiet at night, good breakfast, free water and bottles, only downside is the parking is off site and a 10 min drive away..... but that is typical of downtown London hotels so should be no surprise at all.
