Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. First night stay the shower was freezing cold. Then at 5.15am the fire alarm went off which is that bad but the staff had no idea what they were doing so is actually quite scary if it had bee and actually fire. Then the next day I paid for breakfast and there was nothing left so didn't actually get any breakfast. Also the room wasn't clean once and I was there for 3 nights. One star is to much

This hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed at, literally 100/100.

Staff are so funny and vibes are immaculate.

Food takes ages but the staff entertain you for the whole year it takes to cook.

Love you chefs, your work is appreciated.

If I EVER need a hotel again, even if im not in London, this is the hotel I will be staying at.

Love you all.

Ps, I got locked out of my room literally half naked (no socks) and went down to reception and they were so nice. They said "I got you" I felt very safe.

Thankyou

The hotel is clean and tidy and good value for money. But you get what you pay for.
There is little to no water pressure in the shower, the air on is very loud, the walls are thin.
If you are very tired and can sleep in loud places it’s fine.
It’s a value hotel and that’s what you get.

Important that there are still two hotels on Google Maps. Don’t panic if you turn up and it is a building site.
The new building is just around the corner.

Customer service outstanding. Location fab for near Canary wharf! Not walking distance really but certainly close enough! Rooms were nice enough! Bed wasn't particularly comfy but we got our heads down!

I will start by saying my husbands company will never make a booking to stay here again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, quite literally. My husbands company booked and paid £228.00 for a one nights stay at this hotel. OMGoodness we couldn’t believe what we got for that price, TWO (not standard size) very small single beds in a tiny room, when we spoke to reception we were advised that they were fully booked, very hard to believe given that the place was so quiet with no other visible customers around, except for two people in the bar. I would rather sleep in my car than sleep at this hotel again. Very poor experience.

Food came 1 1/2 hours after order, I ordered 3 chicken skewers with lemon and herb dressing and hassleback potatoes. The chicken came with BBQ sauce not lemon and herb and the chicken was really really tough to get off the sticks. I actually had to use a knife and fork, rather than my teeth.

Booked a month ago. Confirmed booking by email. Got to hotel and told they had maintenance issues and needed to transfer me to another hotel. Been waiting 30 mins for a taxi they ordered on my behalf. Its late, I'm tired, not pleased.

Was alright stay, room was decent. On higher floors has no connection even when you pay for WiFi it doesn’t connect.
